The Space:

Located on the sands of Indian Shores, Florida, this 5,200-square-foot villa features six bedrooms plus a loft, four full bathrooms and three half baths, a private pool, and a game room with a pool table, ping pong table, and a cozy sofa and TV area—giving families and friends plenty of space to relax and enjoy time together. Whether you’re planning a friendly tournament or settling in for a movie night, there’s something for everyone after a day at the beach. This level also includes a garage with parking for up to four vehicles, plus space for two additional cars outside. An elevator is available upon request for accessibility.

On the second floor, the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living areas bring everyone together against a backdrop of beautiful Gulf views. Prepare meals in the spacious kitchen, gather around the table, or head outside to enjoy the grill and outdoor dining area overlooking the beach. The private pool offers another place to unwind, with optional heating available for an additional fee.

Guests will have full private access to the entire villa during their stay, including all living areas, bedrooms, balconies, the private pool area, and direct beach access. The spacious garage fits up to 4 vehicles, with space for 2 additional cars parked outside the home.



Guests will also have access to the game room with a pool table and ping pong table, the outdoor grill and dining area, and multiple balconies with stunning Gulf views. The elevator is available upon request. The home is equipped with a smart lock for convenient self check-in.
