Magnifique maison en bord de mer disponible pour ceux qui recherchent une expérience de luxe en bord de mer. Marchez directement de votre salle familiale sur le patio, à travers la plage et dans le golfe. Depuis le Golfe, utilisez la douche extérieure et détendez-vous dans le patio couvert au milieu de la splendeur du son surround extérieur. En bas se trouve la grande salle familiale avec télévision grand écran et ouverte sur la cuisine entièrement équipée avec réfrigérateur Sub-Zero. Une chambre avec salle de bain complète complète le rez-de-chaussée.

À l'étage se trouve la grande chambre principale avec un lit king-size, un téléviseur grand écran et une véranda extérieure sur toute la longueur de la maison donnant sur le golfe. La troisième chambre, à l'étage, a un lit queen et un porche donnant sur la paisible voie navigable intérieure.

Getaway

This is our second stay at this beautiful property, we come to the area to relax and for Phillies spring training. Working with Gabrielle and Harmony has been perfect both times, we can’t say enough good things about this rental. Perfect location perfect house. We are in the process of setting up next years date to return.

Indian Shores Done Right

The home is well decorated. The beds are comfortable. The kitchen is VERY well equipped. The house is also equipped with a lot of good beach chairs, umbrellas and beach toys. The views cannot be beat. Property manager was helpful and responsive.

PERFECTION

The Beach House was a perfect family vacation! There were pmrnty of games and toys for the kiddos and adults. Fully sto ked home! Kitchen, bathrooms, garage with so many beach items at our access. Harmony and Gabrielle went above and beyond. Including creating a "KIDS CAVE. LOVE the exceptional attention to pur Needs!!!

Fantastic Stay!

My family (5 adults / 3 kids) had a great time at this house! It was fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Was centrally located to food and activities. Communication was fantastic and they even set up a Christmas tree for us! The house is directly on a beautiful private beach and all beach supplies were provided. We had a great vacation! Thank you!!

Wonderful oasis

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautiful home on the beach. The home has everything needed for our large group and we really appreciated the attention to detail put into the home. From the beach toys , games and equipment , games and cave to entertain our kiddos ages 2, 8 and 11 , beautifully decorated interiors, well stocked kitchen and comfy beds everything was great. The area is recovering nicely from the recent storms and we really appreciated being able to visit and witness the incredible sunsets. Highly recommend!

Amazing Property

Everything about this property is Amazing. The location, private beach, amenities, communication with the property manager are all second to none. Best beach house we have stayed in to date and this is year number 14 of going on vacation with all of us which included 9 people ages 7 to 77. Thanks for letting us enjoy the beautiful property!

Amazing Home

This home was beautifully decorated and clean! The owner has put a lot of thought into making this a relaxing place to vacation. We appreciated all the amenities provided. Gabrielle, the property manager, was a delight to work with and answered all of our questions. Upon our arrival, Harmony met us and went over everything we needed to make sure we had a relaxing stay. The only concern we had was that the downstairs bedroom did not cool off compared to the rest of the home. Overall, this place is amazing, super great location, and provides a great view of the Gulf and sunsets.

Phenomenal place

Right on the beach. Private beach. Very clean house. They have everything you need to cook, great kitchen and great grill. They have great beach chairs and beach towels they provide and even fishing poles to fish off your own private dock across the street. Communication is significantly greater with the property manager than any other Vrbo I have ever been at with phone calls and emails prior to the trip, a mandatory meeting with property manager on arrival, and texts through the week. We had no problems but I’m sure if a problem would have come up it would have been addressed immediately. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect family vacation

We were a group of 11, the beach house was perfect for us. The home was spotless, spacious, comfortable and exceptional for meal making . All types of pots and pans, baking dishes and serving platters etc. were provided. The outdoor area and beach were beautiful. The garage held plenty of beach chairs , toys and coolers for our use . We had a lot of fun fishing from the dock on the waterway. Gabrielle and Harmony were wonderful to work with. The home was truly an absolute pleasure !

Absolutely Exceeded Expectations

We had 8 adults staying at this beautiful beach house and it was WONDERFUL! The homeowners thought of so many extras that we didn’t have to even think about. The house had 2 sets of laundry with detergent, many beach towels and chairs, K cups for coffee, spices, seasonings, paper towels and so much more! All of the attention to the details made our vaca even better. Thank you.

Slice of Heaven

What a gem! We have been visiting FL annually with friends since our kids have been little. This year was extra special with two of our kids soon graduating from high school. Alex and Sarah have the most beautiful home and location and we are so thankful that they are willing to share it! The home is beautiful, immaculate, and is supplied with everything you need for a stay on the beach. The beach front is spectacular, and we spent our entire time--walking the beach, reading on the beach, swimming and watching the sunsets. We can't thank you enough--it was the perfect get away from our cold winters and we look forward to returning very soon!

Another wonderful stay

This home was as amazing as our last visit, and included several new updates such as a larger shower in the master bath, new foliage planted along the property line, a paved patio, and a sand play area next to the patio that was the biggest hit for our family since it allowed the kids to extend their beach play time to all hours (and in all weather since it was protected from the colder winds). Gabriele, the property manager, continues to lovingly care for the property and her guests, and is always available to take care of any needs that may arise.

This place is amazing

This house is beautiful, and the owners and property managers have supplied so many amenities for your stay. The view is amazing, the beach is beautiful, and there is lots of room for family to spread out. There were plenty of dishes, beach chairs, cleaning and laundry supplies, extra phone chargers, nice soaps, plenty of towels, coffee makers, and the list goes on. If you have anyone older visiting- there is a large dune you have to walk over to get to the ocean and back, but there is a lovely view from the back deck and balcony if the walk is too much. I considered it my workout. ;) We had trouble with the AC upstairs, but Gabrielle managed to get someone out within an hour or two for us! That was a great save. Overall, this is an amazing property. We loved it.

Great Beach Front Property (Indian Shores, FL)

This property is well maintained and has a fantastic beach front view. You can walk the beach for miles and the sunsets were breathtaking. Close to St. Petersburg, Tampa, and Clearwater so there is so much to do and so many great restaurants nearby. We visited Johns Pass and Dunedin, two great beach towns with shops and restaurants. There are three theatres in the area so we were able to get tickets for two Broadway shows. Staff was very attentive and greeted us upon arrival. The only disadvantage was the air conditioning. The temperature could not be adjusted below 74 degrees. On warmer days, the house was warmer then we would have liked. We'll return if the a/c is upgraded/changed. All and all, we had a great vacation.

Always a 5-star experience

We have stayed at this property multiple times and it never disappoints. This time we got to experience all the renovations that were done, which were expansive and added so much to already amazing property. We had a party of 6 adults. What we love most about staying at this property: - Access to both the beach and the intracoastal waterway. We love to fish and having both options available means we are able to catch fish under all conditions - Beautiful stretch of beach that is very private - Walking distance to food and things to do - Easy parking - Lots of space for everyone to do their own thing, have their own bathroom, and personal space - Fully stocked for anything you need. Beautiful kitchen. - Comfortable beach chairs and great outside space. We were one of the first bookings since the renovations completed. We expected there might be a few quirky things, as is the case anytime you do such major improvements. We had a few suggestions around mattresses, heating/cooling, and sitting space on the main level. All feedback was already addressed and we can’t wait for our next trip. The managers of this property are amazing and care a great deal to make sure the experience is the best.

Stop looking and just book this home!

This home is amazing! Traveled with friends (3 couples) and we had a wonderful time! This is our 3rd year to this area, and this is our best rental yet! Everything is newly renovated and beautiful. Loved it all…the care that goes into this home is amazing. Gabriele walked us through the home at checkin and expectations at checkout. This just showed how much the owners truly care about their home (no mass rental property managers here). Things we loved…provided k cups, well stocked kitchen of dishes, pots, pans and dishes, garbage bags, dishwasher soap/pods, laundry soap, hooks in the bedrooms, games, the homes guest book (so fun to read), remote control blinds, extra fridge in garage, beach chairs, beach umbrella’s, boogie boards, pool noodles, coolers, chair cushions, extra chair chaise loungers, beautiful patio with plenty of seating, outdoor shower, and the landscaping is well kept and beautiful. The private beach is amazing, never crowded at all. Our own private oasis! It is an easy walk to multiple restaurants and ice cream. We enjoyed Caddy’s, JD’s for breakfast (BEST biscuits & gravy!) and PJ’s oyster bar. We drove to Treasure Island to our favorite restaurants, Shrimpy’s and Sea Dogs. We rented a pontoon boat and drove to Caladesi island and did a fishing charter one day too. What an amazing week in a beautiful home with great friends. We would book this home again in a heart beat. 3 happy couples from cold Minnesota really enjoyed our stay!

You must stay here!

This property was absolutely incredible. It is literally steps away from the beach and the views are spectacular from both the front and back of the house. The house is stocked with everything you need for a great stay. The garage is available to use and it has beach chairs, chaise lounges, umbrellas and even beach toys for kids. There were six adults for our stay and we all very comfortable. The kitchen also has everything you could possibly need. We watched the gulls and herons in the morning as we walked the beach and then watched the dolphins in the afternoon. The sunsets were unbelievable. Both Alan and Gabrielle were great to work with. We were kept informed from well before our stay and also throughout our stay. Gabrielle made sure that our needs were not just met but surpassed. Since it was just before Christmas she even decorated for the season which was a very nice touch. The location was also great for us. It is south of Clearwater Beach and very quiet but close enough to restaurants, grocery stores and other entertainment. Within a mile there are a number of restaurants. We would recommend The Pub for a casual afternoon sitting our side by the bay. PJs was also great as well as casual. There is no question that when we return to the area this house will be where we will look to stay. I, obviously, would highly recommend this property. Not only because the house is actually better than it is described but also because Alan and Gabrielle made our stay incredibly easy!

By far the best place to stay on the Gulf!

From the initial communications thru the checkout procedures, nothing could have been any better than our experience! Gabriele coordinated everything beautifully and was a pleasure to talk to. My wife and I really enjoyed her expertise on the property, local advice, and compassion she clearly puts into her job. A new hammock was even waiting at the door our first morning there. To swing & float while looking at the sky and listening to the waves on the shore and wildlife....those things cannot be put into words. We honestly do not want to give all of the wonderful details away as we would have to book 10 years in advance for a chance to stay here again!! Harmony gave us a welcoming tour that was very informative, fun, and the place would have passed a "white glove" test from a drill Sargent. The views, the sunrise, the sunset, the accessibility, the privacy, these things cannot be matched. The love and care of the property is clearly shown by the Owners. It was a gift to be allowed to stay here for even a week and one that will always be cherished. Dreams can come true...
