Escape to paradise with this luxurious Oceanfront home. Enjoy sweeping ocean views and sounds of crashing waves while you relax on the sprawling outdoor patio. This private home is nestled in a serene neighborhood with onsite parking inside private gates. This gorgeous property offers a superb retreat for guests. With its beautiful decor and cozy ambiance, you'll feel right at home. The house features a spacious living area that opens up to outdoor porch and backyard putting green. It has a fully equipped kitchen, and 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, as well as a bunk room. Enjoy amenities like WIFI, AC/ heating, laundry room, a pellet smoker/grill, putting green and an outdoor shower to rinse off all that sand. We're happy to assist with any questions or requests while you stay at our home.

The home is beautiful, spacious and very clean. The unobstructed beach views and access are incredible! The rear deck and pool are also great. The owner and his staff are all extremely helpful and always on call with anything you may need. We had never been to this area of the gulf and this home and location makes us want to return sooner rather than later. Thank you Kevin, Alex and crew!!

Family Vacation!!

Awesome family vacation in a fabulous home that had everything we needed and more. Perfect location. Owners were very responsive - even purchased a new beach canopy large enough for our group! Minor issues were resolved quickly. We highly recommend!!

Great Family Vacation!

We spent last week at the Magnolia Shores vacation home with our large family. It easily accommodated 6 adults and 6 kids and absolutely has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The house is beautiful and spotless, and the owners are very quick to respond to any question. From the pool, to the putting green, to the outdoor kitchen - it exceeded our expectations. Most of all, the beach is literally steps away! Highly recommend a stay.

This property is perfection. What a beautiful home. We couldn’t have asked for a nicer place to spend a week with family. Being right on the beach was perfect for us. Kids easily spent time in the ocean and the pool every day. Plenty of beach towels and toys were provided as well as other amenities that made us feel special. The owner and staff were reachable at anytime and took care of anything we needed.. I can’t say enough about how much we enjoyed this vacation home. We wish we were still there!

Beach Crew 2025

We select large VRBO rentals on an annual basis, in various parts of the country, so we can enjoy our kids and grand kids. Without any doubt, this is the best overall experience we have had. The location and accommodations were top shelf. The owner and manager were quick to respond to any questions or requests. No price tag can be placed on the complete family experience we enjoyed.

Absolutely beautiful location! The beach house offers tons of space for family and friends to enjoy. The elevator was wonderful with older adults, and the pool/spa were enjoyed thoroughly by the children. Overall, a great place for a 3-generation gathering!

Everything about this house was perfect. The location was great, the house was very clean and it all the supplies, inside and out, were fantastic. The beach was wonderful, never too crowded, and the sunsets amazing. We will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Indian Rocks Beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and just steps away from the beautiful shoreline. All you could want for a family vacation

This large home is perfect for a family vacation with adult children and grandchildren. The bedrooms with en-suite baths provide plenty of privacy, while the large kitchen and family room are perfect for getting everyone together. The home was very clean and exceptionally well-equipped. The location right on the beach is ideal, while the pool and hot tub are tucked away for privacy. Highly recommended!

Family Beach week!

What a fun week at IRB and Magnolia Shores! We were 3 generations spending some time together and the proximity to the beach was great and the house and amenities even better. The house had everything…plenty of room, indoor and outdoor kitchen — with every appliance/glass/cutlery you would ever need. Then outside a pool, putting green and 3 decks for watching the sunset. Plus ice cream within walking distance. We were sad to see the week end!

Family Vacation 2025

We had a wonderful vacation at Magnolia Shores with our family. The house was amazing. It was furnished with everything we needed and more. Our family enjoyed the back yard putting green, the beach just footsteps away, and the swimming pool, with a spa hot tub. Our hosts checked in with us frequently, to see if they could help in any way. We would love to spend another vacation at their beach house in the future!

Magnolia Shores was absolutely perfect in every way. It was clean, safe, incredibly stocked with anything you could possibly need. The outdoor setup is hard to beat (pool, putting green, shaded deck, grilling area. You can step on and off the beach within seconds. The convenience and very quick waking distance to restaurants made it very easy to enjoy with babies. Highly recommend!

This beach house is the true definition of VACATION!

Everything about renting this Vrbo beach house was easy and exceeded our expectations! The home was beautifully decorated, so comfortable, everything you wanted or needed was provided, and the view is beyond description! We will definitely be back and will highly suggest it to our friends. Kevin is an amazing host and everything about our time there was fabulous!

Beautiful, well appointed large home with quality materials throughout. Many extra touches to make our stay very comfortable. Lots of kids toys, inside and out. Great kitchen and barbecue area. Mother's Day family get away!

From beginning to end our stay at this amazing property was first class,top shelf all the way.The location,the proximity to the airport,beach& local amenities were a solid 10 plus!The owner's were awesome communicators & were super accommodating making this special weekend such a wonderful experience. We've rented in the past & have truly never experienced such thoughtful owners. Which was truly appreciated.The house was fully stocked & we wanted for absolutely nothing. We had 2 infants, a 4 yr old & 6 adults & everyone was SUPER comfortable & we all slept soundly every night in the outstanding beds! Honestly,we never left the property all weekend because it had EVERYTHING! We cooked wonderful meals,swam & played & laughed & made Mother's Day memories of a lifetime...we HIGHLY recommend this property! We will definitely be back to this slice of paradise!

AMAZING!!!!

You will not regret renting this house! Location is great, house is amazing, pool/hot tub was a wonderful bonus, everything we needed and more for cooking was there, right on the beach (no loading the car), and the sunset was breathtaking! Food delivered a little early and they arranged for Alex to get the groceries in the house and he put them away! The communication with Kevin and Laura was the best. Their hospitality was over the top. We also charted their boat. It was enjoyed by all and Captain Chris was the BEST! Stay here and you will. not have to worry about anything! We had 11 people and there was more than enough room! The beach is My Happy Place and staying there made it even more My Happy Place
