Close to the beach, this charming Southern beach home set in the St. Christopher Oaks neighborhood is ideal for your next family vacation. This home, complete with its Southern front porch and back porch with hot tub, is a short bike ride (about a mile) to the Beach Club pools, Pelican Beach, clubhouse, and golf courses. An open living area, four large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, an upstairs den, and multiple porches and balconies offer plenty of space for everyone to comfortably gather.
The home features many upgrades including hardwood floors, tile bathrooms, a fireplace (decorative only), and so much more. Overlooking the fairway of the acclaimed Crooked Oaks golf course, you can enjoy the views from the decks and screened porch out back (with a grill on the back deck). A hot tub on the screened porch is the perfect place to relax and unwind.
The open living area has a fireplace with a TV mounted over it. Settle into the comfortable furnishings and watch your favorite shows or movies. The sunroom offers additional space for sharing time with your guests or just relaxing. The wall of windows overlooks the golf course and natural landscape.
There are four large bedrooms in this home and all the bedrooms are oversized so there is space and comfort for all. The 1st floor master suite has a king bed, TV, en suite bath, and access to the screened porch. Upstairs, a second large bedroom has a king bed, desk area, dresser, and access to the balcony. Bedroom 3 has a large queen bed with a treadmill and balcony access with lounge chairs. The fourth bedroom has a plush queen bed, dresser, and closet. Two large full bathrooms upstairs feature oversized showers with bathtubs and vanities. At the top of the stairs is a second living space area, perfect for teens or kids to lounge and watch TV away from the adults. This space doubles as a workspace and has a desk area and printer.
A full-size washer and dryer are located upstairs. There is strong Wi-Fi throughout the home.
• BEACH: 0.5 miles away. We provide 8 beach chairs and a beach cart to make your beach days easy.
• CLUB AMENITIES: Digital Amenity Cards access is INCLUDED with your stay at no extra charge (a $55 daily savings). This offers access to the Beach Club pools (open seasonally), club dining, golf courses, and tennis courts (court fees and round of golf fees apply).
• POOL: Access to the two Seabrook Island Beach Club pools with the digital amenity card. The outdoor pool at the Seabrook Island Lake House is also included. A private hot tub is located on the screened porch of the property.
• PARKING: This property allows for a maximum of 4 vehicle gate passes.
• LSV GOLF CARTS: LSV vehicles, both gas-powered and electric, are permitted at this property. LSVs require a gate pass and count towards the 4-vehicle maximum limit. (Note: Disregard any conflicting villa complex rules in the section below, as this private home allows LSVs).
• CHILDREN: Children welcome.
• PET POLICY: Well-behaved dogs welcome for an additional fee.

• ADDITIONAL INFO: Guest safety is always a priority. A fire extinguisher is located under the sink. A $69 Non-Refundable Fee applies for $1500 of Damage Protection Coverage. Fitness center and indoor pool access at the Lakehouse are available for a daily rate of $16 per person.
Fireplaces are decorative only and strictly not for guest use.
• LINENS, TOWELS, & STARTER-KIT OF SUPPLIES: Included in this rental, for the convenience of our guests, are comfortable, white linens and a selection of bath and hand towels, as well as washcloths. A starter set of hand soaps, bath soaps, shampoo, toilet tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, dish detergent, dish soap, a kitchen sponge, and kitchen towels are included. Guests staying for an extended stay may need to purchase or bring additional supplies. Beach towels are not included (although towel service is available at the Beach Club).
• WASHER & DRYER: A washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience. Should you require wash n fold service, please let us know.
• COFFEE MAKERS: A standard carafe coffee pot and a Keurig single-serve machine are on site. Please bring your own ground coffee for the carafe option or use your favorite Keurig K-cups.
• AMENITY CARDS: Amenity cards offer exclusive access to the Seabrook Island beach club, dining club, tennis, and award-winning golf. Without this card, access is prohibited. Amenity Cards are INCLUDED with this rental (a $55 day savings). Guests also have complimentary access to the uncrowded and private beaches, equestrian center, and the outdoor Lakehouse pool. The fitness center is accessible for a daily fee of $16 per guest. Whether you are fishing, crabbing, biking, kayaking, or shopping, there is something for everyone. Pre-order forms are mandatory for all guests wishing to use the outdoor Lakehouse pool. Please ensure that your completed form is submitted to the amenity office at least two weeks prior to your arrival to avoid a $10 late fee. Due to the volume of requests and the card preparation process, the office is unable to accept information over the phone.
• ISLAND ACCESS & PARKING: As the island is a gated, private island, each vehicle entering the island will require a gate pass for island access. Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) charges a gate pass fee per vehicle. This property has a strict limit of 4 vehicle passes. This $45 fee per vehicle applies to guests staying 1 night to 179 nights. Our rental agency is responsible for collecting the fee. Gate pass name information for each car is due one week prior to your arrival. For each pass, a driver's name must be provided. Drivers may be required to show a valid driver's license at the gate. Once a vehicle has a gate pass, any licensed driver can drive that vehicle. LSV vehicles (low-speed golf carts) count as a vehicle pass and count toward the 4-pass maximum.
• CHECK IN: For our guest's convenience, we offer a prompt, self-check-in process. Guests will directly check in at the property with a code for the keypad on the door. We, however, are always a phone call or text away. We offer as much assistance with the check-in process as needed. Our office is available to answer questions.
• CONTINUOUS MANAGEMENT & SERVICE: This property is proudly managed by Sandpiper. We are local and family-owned, and your stay is our priority. We are on the island, licensed, insured, and locally staffed. Our standard for your stay is what we would want and expect for our own vacation. • THE AREA: Guests will find that the area offers so much to do. With vast, uncrowded beaches, an array of recreational offerings, and the historic city of Charleston just 21 miles away, an adventure awaits you daily.
• IN THE EVENT OF A STORM: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order for Seabrook Island is given during the dates of your stay, The Owner/Host or the Property Management Company shall refund 100% of all deposits, payments, and / or monies paid by the traveler. Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no further liability with respect to the Reservation. Please note that if there is inclement weather in the other 49 states, prohibiting the traveler (or guests in traveler's group) from getting to Charleston, a refund will not be issued and, Owner/Host or Property Management Company shall have no liability with respect to the Reservation. During months where there is a potential for inclement weather, such as hurricane season, we strongly suggest travelers obtain insurance.
• POLICY ON SMOKING: No smoking or vaping please. Violators will be fined for in-home smoke damages.
• CANCELLATION POLICY: Free cancellations up to 30 days before your stay.
• PARTIES: This is an ideal property for making memories but this is NOT A PARTY PROPERTY!!
