1902 Bohicket Marina - 3 night minimum required
Here's your chance to experience the unique beauty of this remarkable waterfront, gated community with stunning sunsets and daily views of Bohicket Marina. Walk on the boardwalk right outside the back door. This picturesque 2nd floor condo features 3 bedrooms with 3 full en suite baths. Just steps from the boardwalk that will take you to waterfront shopping and dining - once you check in you may never want to leave. Bohicket Marina Village also has its own private, neighborhood pool for your enjoyment on hot summer nights.
This end unit allows for a fantastic screened porch that is sure to be the highlight of your stay. Dine outside with your favorite food and beverage or just grab a seat and watch for the dolphins to swim by. The kitchen is fully equipped. A dining area with seating for six is adjacent to the kitchen and looks out to the water beyond.
There is a full size washer/dryer in a kitchen closet area for your convenience.
The dining room and living room areas are open to each other. Sliding doors lead to a fantastic open outdoor deck with plenty of seating and a propane grill for your favorite BBQ recipes. The natural beauty stretches before you as far as the eye can see with iconic views of the best of the South Carolina low country.
The spacious master bedroom is on the first floor with king bed, ceiling fan and en suite bath. The vanity area is separate from the tub/shower room.
Two guest bedrooms are on the second floor both with incredible water front views of the marina and all it's splendor. The first guest room offers a queen bed with en suite bath and the second room has 2 queen beds with en suite bath.
No LSVs allowed
Parking permit is to be displayed in vehicle windshield and no more than 2 parking passes allowed.
* Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes
*1st Gate pass is $65 and each additional pass is $45/ vehicle (*includes a new fee Bohicket Marina Village is charging at $20 per rental to access the gate at the condo complex beginning Jan. 1, 2025). If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 2

Grab a bike and ride along the path into Freshfields Village or just stay put and savor the coastal life from this picture perfect condo.
