This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home is a stunner. This home is conveniently located between Boardwalks #5 and #6, making beach access a breeze! A quick walk finds you at the Seabrook Island Beach Club, home to the Club's two 18 hole golf courses, multiple dining options and beach front pools! The reverse floor plan of this home has the guest bedrooms on the main level and the living areas, along with the primary bedroom, on the second level. This home has expansive porches running along both levels front and back. Feel the ocean breezes and catch a view of the gentle rolling waves from the second floor.
Coming through the double front doors, you will be in the first floor family room. Relax in front of the 65" Smart TV. French doors take you out onto the back deck and the screen porch. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and private bath. There is a wall mounted TV. The private bath has a granite topped vanity and walk-in shower. Two additional guest bedrooms are on this floor and share a Jack n' Jill bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed and TV, while the second bedroom has two twin beds with trundles (total of 4 beds). The bathroom has granite topped double sink vanity and a tub/shower combo.
Head up the stairs to the main living area. The large great room sits between the expansive second floor deck and the screen porch. Walls of doors and windows let in abundant light and superb cross breezes. The great room is flanked by a 65" Smart TV. Please note the fireplace is decorative only. Opening to the great room is the dining area. An over-sized table easily accommodates 10 for meal time. Doors off the dining area lead out to the front porch. A granite topped island separates the dining area from the kitchen work space. The island has three stools tucked under it. The kitchen features custom white cabinets, herringbone tiled backsplashes, and Thermador stainless steel appliances. A true chef's haven!
Off the living area is the Primary bedroom and bath. The bedroom has a King bed and TV. Windows give you views of Ocean Winds Golf Course and a lagoon. The primary bathroom has a granite topped dual sink vanity and large walk-in tiled shower. Also on the second floor is a small study/library and powder bathroom.
**All bedroom TVs are flat screen, and Smart**
The porches on the second floor are the pinnacle of this home. Sit on the front porch to hear and see the gentle distant ocean waves. Off the gathering room is a large covered outdoor porch. You will notice the 55" TV mounted over the outdoor fireplace (fireplace is decorative only) ceiling fans, and both a gathering and dining area. This porch faces the golf course and lagoon. Head down the steps and find two outdoor showers - side by side. The owners have set up a Bocce Court and Cornhole space on the garage level. A firepit and outdoor seating is also in the backyard.

As of 5/31/25, property will have a dedicated rental 6-seater LSV available for guest to rent thru Lightning Bugz via an app. (Instructions on the cart itself. All LSV questions to be directed to Lightning Bugz only. This cart rental possesses one of the available rental gate passes allowed for this unit.
LSV (Low Speed Vehicle) RENTALS PERMITTED at this property. An LSV requires the use of one of the gate passes included in the maximum number of vehicles passes.
Requirements for LSVs
Must be registered and insured, have a 17-digit VIN and display an LSV license plate, display a valid SIPOA entry pass issued specifically to that vehicle. Drivers must have a valid driver s license. No off-road tires allowed
Usage Restrictions:
For street use only. No use on bicycle paths, walking paths, golf course cart paths, boardwalks, or beaches. Follow SIPOA vehicle and parking rules.
Safety Requirements: SC seat belt laws apply to all occupants. Child seats are a must. SIPOA officers and CCSO will stop vehicles with unsecured children
Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.
Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night â 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.
MAXIMUM number of passenger vehicles which may be parked during the overnight hours of 11 pm-7am, which require a gate pass: 4
The first gate pass is included in your stay. You must call our office if you require more than one gate pass
Pets NOT allowed
Amenity Cards are required to use the Seabrook Island Club and SIPOA Lake House facilities. This property includes access to the Club amenities: the Beach Club oceanfront pools (seasonal), Pelican's Nest outdoor restaurant/bar (seasonal), Island House restaurant/bar, golf and tennis. Additional fees are charged for all activities except outdoor pool usage. The Club Amenity Card also allows access to the Lake House facilities (outdoor pool/no fees; indoor pool/fitness center/fees apply). Amenity cards are arranged through the Seabrook Island Amenity office.
Cancellation Policy:
If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, you receive your funds back, minus $250. If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, you lose your funds. If able to re-book it, you will receive what we rent it for, minus the $250. Feel free to ask any other questions you may have.
For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows: For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee. For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited. If able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest under the terms of the Rental Agreement.
