Very cute condo located right on the marsh with dock access. Decorations were nice & we felt it was clean & well stocked. A few things were outdated, but that didn’t bother us, nothing major. The neighborhood is so relaxing. Chill on the porch & unwind. Would recommend & would revisit. Thanks for the accommodations!

Liked it alot will stay again. Just a rattling like marbles in the AC vent in bedroom everytime it turned on. Difficult to sleep but, think that can be fixed. Would definitely stay again if that 1 issue was resolved.thanks .

The unit was a lot smaller than indicated in the photos and needs TLC in numerous areas. Kitchen was stocked with mixed cutlery and pans were damaged and not worth using. Kitchen cabinet doors need serious attention as many of then are loose and do not close properly. The dishwasher is very tired and does not function as it should and the drying function does not work. Lounge windows have no screens and the frames are tired and damaged so they are difficult to open. Front storm door does not close properly and the steps to the unit are steep with narrow treads. HVAC worked well but we had to switch it off as the bedroom ceiling vent rattles like it has marbles rolling around in there. This problem was also noted by a prior guest. Great views and saw an osprey as well as three deer walking through the low tide water to graze. Reasonably quiet with good sunset views.

Five Star View from condo. Plus a large crabbing dock allowed me to feel a part of the scenic salt marsh. Had a wonderful Seabrook vacation even though it snowed!

You are absolutely right; the marsh has a special kind of quiet beauty in the winter that is just as 'Five Star' as the summer sunsets. We are glad the view saved the day! Great little getaway/place to stay to recover after running a marathon. Place was clean, quiet and a comfortable place to relax.

Great weekend away

This condo was clean, cozy, and the views were unbeatable. The weather was very cold so enjoying the beach was not possible, but the amazing views helped to enjoy the beautiful of the lowcountry. Great place to stay.

Peaceful Getaway

Had a lovely time at Seabrook Island for a wedding and really appreciated how peaceful this space was. We enjoyed the super comfy bed and the perfect spot to sip our coffee on the porch. Would definitely recommend.

Relaxing stay
