Summary:
Welcome to our superâclean, bright & spacious 1âbedroom condo less than a block from SouthâŻPadre Islandâs sandy beach. Gulfpoint has one of the nicest areas on the Island that isnât beachfront. Our updated thirdâfloor walkâup offers a modern open floor plan, a balcony overlooking the pool w/ community BBQ pits & plenty of room for family fun. Up to six guests can relax & unwind here thanks to a fully equipped kitchen, 2 queen beds + airbed, & a welcoming atmosphere.
The Space:
Modern & airy: Updated openâconcept layout with lots of natural light; sparkling clean & bright.
Poolâview balcony: Enjoy a morning coffee overlooking one of the best pool areas on the island (nonâheated) and use the community BBQ grills for dinner. Please remember charcoal if using these pits
Definitely familyâfriendly to be sure - allowing up to 6 though thatâs considering kids as likely best fit - with two queen beds in the bedroom, a sectional couch, and an airbed you can blow up. Please bring bedding if you plan on using. Ideal for two adults and two children though we do allow up to 6 total people, Fully equipped kitchen: Stocked with pots, pans, dishes and utensils for convenient moneyâsaving meals. Great for work & play: Free WiâFi (island service can be spotty at times), smart TV for your favorite app and a workspace for remote work near the beach.
Pet friendly: One dog is welcome with a $75 fee; please review the house rules for details.

Prime location: Gulfpoint Condos is one of the best âwalkâtoâbeachâ complexes on SouthâŻPadre Island. Youâll have a secure entrance and one dedicated covered parking spot. Public beach access is a short stroll awayâbring a beach wagon for your beach gear.
Comfortable layout: Our bright & airy thirdâfloor unit (with elevator access) features tile floors, an open kitchen with fullâsize appliances, and a living room with nice sectional couches and poolâview balcony perfect to enjoy coffee in the am or a sunset margarita. The bedroom offers two queen beds and thereâs a full bathroom.
Reasonably Resortâstyle amenities: A large (nonâheated) swimming pool, heated hot tub, multiple BBQ grills, tennis courts, a small fitness center and a community room for cards or games. Washers and dryers are available on site.
Walkable dining & attractions: Easily walk to nearby restaurants like SeasideâŻGrill at the Holiday Inn, SeaâŻRanch (fine dining on the marina), DirtyâŻAlâs (at Sea Ranch Marina, freshest shrimp on South Pare) and MahiâŻNicâs (best burgers and fish tacos on south padre plus nachoe, or explore local shops and entertainment.

Capacity: We do allow up to 6 guests (thanks to the airbed) but the condo is best suited for two adults and two children. Please be aware that it is a oneâbedroom unit not on the beach and not brand new or fully remodeled; we want to set proper expectations.
House rules & booking: Guests must read and agree to all house rules before booking. We have a strict cancellation policy and require a digital rental agreement with photo ID for age verification. Please contact us with any questions before reserving. We require primary guest to be 23 years of age or older. You MUST contact us prior to booking as we do allow under 23 with additional refundable damage deposit this is not optional
Contactless entry: Managed locally by the best property management company on South Padre Island - SouthâŻPadreâŻTrips at 2600 Padre Blvd. Door codes are sent via text by 3 p.m. on arrival day we do answer phones 24 hours per day 7 days a week
Supplies & WiâFi: We provide a starter set of toiletries and cleaning supplies; these are not unlimited nor replenished. WiâFi is the highest level available on the island, but outages can occur - hot spot on a cell phone is a great back up option
Pets: One dog is allowed with a $75 fee; please review our pet policy in the house rules.
Discounts: Offâseason discounts for stays over 4 nights (Sept 2 â Dec 20) and discounts for active military and tackle football coachesâcontact us to see if you qualify.
HOA wristband fee: Gulfpointâs homeowners association requires security wristbands: currently $25 per person in March and Easter week. This fee is collected after booking or can be paid in cash at checkâin to the HOA; it is not our fee and not optional
