This condominium is an exceptional choice for your VACATION! It features a modern design with three bedrooms and three bathrooms and a pool view. As an end unit, it offers covered picnic tables and grills, along with a private balcony that provides stunning views of the pool, bay, and sunsets, as well as a vantage point for fireworks. The neighboring beach bar at the end of the walkway is perfect for extended beach relaxation.
The gated resort ensures a sense of security and peace of mind, complete with complimentary covered garage parking for guests. Upon arrival, guests receive a bracelet that allows them to enjoy the resort's impressive pool facilities, which include a lazy river, sunbathing areas, a double hot tub, and a designated shallow area for children, as well as an additional kids' pool. A striking rock waterfall enhances the larger pool area, while the on-site clubhouse serves as a perfect gathering place for families. The resort is equipped with various amenities, including a gym, foosball, air hockey, and billiards tables. Throughout the grounds, picnic tables and grassy spaces are available for children to play, alongside a playground and extra charcoal grills situated by the pool. For those looking to stay active, several tennis and pickleball courts are available, adding to the fun of your vacation.
Unit 1315 comfortably accommodates up to ten guests and two small dogs, featuring ample seating and a fully equipped kitchen, while the balcony serves as a delightful retreat for enjoying morning coffee or evening cocktails in the comfort of your own space.
Must register at the front office for vehicle passes and amenity bracelets. Bracelet fees are not included in your rental. The bracelets range from $10 to $35 depending on the season.

IMPORTANT: You are booking a private beach home. As much as we like to please your every need, we DO NOT work as hotels do. We are not a 24/7 service. The owners of Gulfpoint 1315 welcome you to their beach home! While staying here, we ask that you follow a few requests that will make everyone’s stay more enjoyable and keep the property looking good year after year.
1. Parking ~ is limited to 2 vehicles max with a mandatory parking pass. Vehicles must be licensed, operable and registered to the occupants. Unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owners’ expense.
2. Occupancy ~ Maximum capacity per unit is NO MORE than 10 guests in the house. There must be at least one adult 25 years of age or older, registered, present and residing in the unit through the duration of the tenancy.
3. Wheelchair accessible is for standard door front entrance and elevator only.
4. Pets ~ We accept dogs upon request only. Required pet cleaning fee is $100/dog. The knowledge or trace of unauthorized pets will mean a fine of $400.
5. Noise ~ Loud noise of any sort; music, loud talking, boom boxes, etc. is not allowed.
6. Garbage and Tidiness ~ Garbage should all be disposed in the dumpster or trash chute. Please DO NOT dispose of cigarette butts, cans, candy wrappers, trash on the ground. We work hard to make certain the property looks good when you check in. Please help us keep it that way by picking up any litter before you leave.
7. Pool ~ Please wash ALL sand from your body BEFORE entering our pool. The pool equipment cannot handle sand from the beach and causes damage and equipment failure. Please DO NOT leave your children unattended.
8. BBQ ~ Outdoor complex BBQs pit are included. Please clean it after each use. Thanks!
9. Once booked, we will send a custom Rental Agreement for you to complete and send back to us. Without this agreement we will not be able to host you.
10. COMPLEX ALSO REQUIRES THE PURCHASE OF WRISTBANDS AT $10 PERSON, $35 PER PERSON IN JULY AND HOLIDAYS.
Blue Ocean Vacation Rentals provides the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include 1 set of hotel size soaps and shampoos per bathroom, 2 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 dish soap, 1 dish sponge, 4-6 coffee pods and and a small amount of laundry detergent. We do not provide unlimited disposable amenities. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock with whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay.
Towels and linens must only be used for their intended purpose. Do not stain them with food, grease or any other substance. Do not use towels to clean up any mess. Stained towels/linens will be charged.
Do not hang towels from the balcony or windows. A $100 fine may be applied if you break this rule.
Subletting not allowed.
Note: The owners of this property will allow Spring Breakers under the strict rules of the premises. Break the rules and be evicted without refund.
Check in is easy and available 24 hours a day with a smart lock on the entrance door.
The smart keypad door will be provided to the guest about 48-24 hours before arrival.
Hosts will be available for check-in assistance up until 10 pm, we ask that guests arriving late please let us know via text.
Service Animals need to be with the person they service 24/7. Service Animals cannot be left alone in the property. A service animal left alone in the property is not a service animal and will be penalized with a $400 fee.
"Early" check in and/or "Late" check out will be available, when possible, at a charge of $55 for each occurrence.
Child's highchair & pack & play on request at $25/each, billed on a separate invoice.
For special requests outside our scope of work, please message us to get our Concierge's contact.
Date changes might be granted depending on the date of the change for a $100 change fee plus any difference in price.
Cancellations for nightly reservations will receive a 96% refund if they are made more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date. Please note that a service fee of $25 will also be charged for all cancellations, regardless of the timing. There will be no refund if the cancellation comes is made. This policy does not extend to bookings that are eligible for monthly discounts.
The host will not pay for a hotel, vacation rental, or transportation expenses incurred because of an interruption in water or electrical service. If water or electricity is interrupted for more than 8 hours, guests have the option of canceling their reservation and requesting a refund for the nights not used. Under no circumstances will we refund consumed nights.
