Vous pouvez également ajouter 1 ou 2 chambres supplémentaires, une salle de bain complète avec baignoire pour un autre 49-150 / nt lorsque disponible, sinon elle est verrouillée.
L'unité avec vue sur la mer fait face aux couchers de soleil et figure sur les photos. S'il vous plaît demander si vous avez besoin d'une deuxième unité qui a également sa propre cuisine.(pour accueillir 4+ 2 ou plus que le couple dans ce condo photo.

Avec seulement 2 chambres, il peut accueillir 4 personnes mais 3 ou 4 personnes seront plus confortables.
sinon, le 2bdrm a une salle de bain et la seconde est sortie de la piscine.

CE COMPLEXE EST OCEANFRONT, l’un des rares à Kihei, en particulier à ce niveau de prix, les autres locataires se louent à 350!
ou ils disent bord de mer, mais ont une route bruyante devant vous avant que le sable ne commence ...

Clean with great amenities

Clean,has washer dryer, has beach chairs and umbrella. Cant figure out the big fake bannana tree in living room. A dresser for your clothes was a desk so didnt hold much. The couch could be updated. The owner was very nice to upgrade us and on point to get roter ruter out to fix some plumbing

Super friendly and great location

Very easy working with the Owner, check in was easy and pleasant. Condo was super nice with incredible outdoor lawn of golf green quality. Really enjoyed myself!

Great condo!

We were so pleased with both the condo itself as well as the property. The condo was clean, well-stocked (great dishes, towels, beach umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, and all essential kitchen ware), and comfortable for our stay. The property had a lovely pool, neatly manicured grounds with pretty flowers and trees, and fun activities (tennis and bocce). We had a great lanai (patio) with a nice table to sit outside, the air conditioning worked well, and the King size bed was comfy. It was so nice to have the short walk through the property lawn to the beach. (That beach is great for walking or sitting and enjoying the view. It is a bit rocky, so not the best for swimming.) Finally, the owner was an excellent host. She was prompt in her replies to my initial request, sent periodic text updates as to availability and access, provided some tips for the area, and was responsive to a small issue (coffee pot working incorrectly-likely our user error!). She provided laundry and cleaning supplies, in addition to a few basic condiments. We grilled in the common area and used the kitchen; everything worked great and we had all the supplies needed to cook our meals. One note- it is ocean-view, not ocean front. The complex has ocean front (facing) condos, but ours was not facing. Rather, the lanai/patio faced the lovely grounds. It was perfect for our needs and reasonably priced when we stayed in March. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this condo to others.

Did not get to make the trip, however owner very responsive in helping to recoup costs.

While we did not get to make the trip and have not physically seen the property, I rated this five stars due to the responsiveness of the owner in attempting to help recoup lost costs. I was unfortunately unable to travel due to illness, and due to a miscommunication I did not have travel insurance on my VRBO rental. The VRBO owner was exceptionally responsive and helpful in trying to find someone to rent the VRBO to during the period I was supposed to be there. While I was not able to recoup all of my costs, with the help of the owner I was able to recoup some. .

Excellent location in Kihei and beautiful property on the water.

As the title suggests, this is an excellent location. The condo we had, B300 was perfect for our needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. Traffic is less congested at the north end of Kihei, with easy access off N. Kihei Rd. The grounds ae beautifully landscaped and has one of the larger pools in Kihei. The fitness room is excellent with any kind of equipment you would need for a great workout. The property is on the water with a great beach for walking and all water sports, with way fewer rocks in the water here. We really enjoyed his property.

Loved the oceanview and condo's comforts!

Maui sunset is a wonderful resort we really enjoyed the heated pool and a nice hot hot tub ! we never had time to play tennis or shuffleboard or use the sauna or the gym because we bought so many activities on our first morning with the muffins and coffee breakfast at the pool at 9 AM , we got half-price for snorkel trips and the luau and all of them were very high quality and great trips and great value . It was really nice to have a TV in the bedroom as well as the living room and air-conditioners and both rooms also as well as our own washer and dryer . Nida took us to several happy hours $5 jug mojitos at casanovas and Longhi's watermelon martinis, monkey pod &Fleetwoods rooftop at sunset with bagpipes was cool! Kihei is sunnier than everywhere else! If you are looking for a fantastic condo as well as wonderful hosts and a fantastic resort Maui sunset is the place ! We will be back!( every year, I sure hope !)

Misrepresented condo, dirty sheets and dishes, poor communication by owner

For the first time we rented a condo thru VRBO, the owner Nida represented the condo as a two bedroom, I even called to make sure it is a true two bedroom and was reasured by her. Payment for Dec 20-29 was paid in full. We arrived late evening to a one bed room with a space which is meant to be the dining area separated from living room and kitchen by a curtain with a bed in it. Sheets in main bed room were unwashed old with strong smell of sweats. Plates were oily I washed them and we are dinner in them. We couldn't sleep in those beds. Next day I called the owner Nida and complained and asked for refund and cancelation of the rest of stay, all she said is that go ahead see if you can find a place in this busy time in Maui and call me back! We found another place same day and emailed and texted her. From then on she did not pickup the phone, we waited in management office all day, they called her number of times but Nida refused to speak with them or us. We then wanted to go back to Condo to charge our cellphone batteries and found out that she had changed the locks got a cleaner lady in and unilaterally had checked us out! Essentialy we had no place to go and had paid the money in full. Thanks god we could rent the other place. Essentialy she took 9 days on rent unilateraly checked us out 8 days early on the basis of our complain and ran. Seemingly other complaints have been made of this owner in past. Don't ruin your holiday For this owner or this Condo there are many other nice places in Kihei.

What can I say. This condo was perfect and the location on the third floor gave us view of the ocean. The grounds and the pool are very resort like and in the evenings the light the torches. Being beachfront you will never miss a sunset. I just want to thank Nida for everything.

Watch out for extra charges after your departure!!!

Our deposit was withheld due to a "broken" router (which we never touched), excessive cleaning (when we vacuumed cleaned and put away all the dishes and replaced all the sheets and towels), curtains pulled off tracts and leaving the air conditioner on (which we were never told to turn off). We were shocked to receive this information after having such a lovely time in Maui. We even contacted the owner directly before our departure and sent her pictures of all the cleaning that we did inside the unit. We felt taken advantage of since she had already taken our deposit and is expected to refund our deposit at the end of our trip. My girlfriend and I are both extremely clean people and cleaned the condo so that it was cleaner than what it was when we got there. Quite honestly, dealing with owner after returning from vacation actually ruined our amazing trip. I was extremely disappointed with her service and would not recommend anyone to book here. The headaches after the trip is over may actually end up ruining your trip like it did for my girlfriend and I.

Dear Jack, I am so glad you enjoyed your stay! and that your deposit refund happened so fast! Since it goes through a secure website, I cannot tell when your card gets credited, but it is usually overnight. You were one of my first guests so I was glad to hear all your suggestions about providing beach chairs, the umbrella and the soft zippered cooler and or shopping bag to take to the pool...great ideas that I have implemented! I'm glad you liked the croissants,butter and jam, coffee,teas and half n half you requested for your "BNB" experience and for posting the "Please TURN OFF AIRCON" when you leave sign on the door, to make us all MORE GREEN, as it is OUR planet, as you say! I'm glad to hear you walked for miles and didnt know you had a storm that brought a bunch of coral to the otherwise nice sandy beach for swimming or walking. WHALES and DOLPHINS were jumping then? How AWESOME! & you BOOGIE BOARDED and PADDLEBOARDED past the small waves to snorkle the AWESOME REEF just beyond? While you stayed at the VOLCANO VIEW lock off studio and enjoyed the SUNRISES and view of the volcano on that side first, I have only advertised the OCEANVIEW condo here next door, so I'm glad your review was brief, and not confusing, as that kitchen is smaller and this KITCHEN IS LARGE with OCEANVIEW while cooking and dining inside or on Lanai(balcony). You had enough spices, cooking oil, all the utensils and implements needed and wifi worked easily and well! And free calls to Canada, thanks for suggesting that!...its all done! ALOHA and I hope to see you again SOON!

Texas to Maui Vacation Stay

My family and I had a wonderful time. Everything was as advertised. No complaints, no issues. Would do it again in a heart beat.

You were my VERY first guest in 2013 and the dates of Dec 25-31 were perfect since everywhere else was booked and I had a last minute cancellation. I had planned to live in this condo and just installed brazilian wood floors, not the usual cold tile or cheap apt carpets found in most vacation rentals. I'm glad your girls liked "ice-skating" on the wood floors in their socks, that must've been fun!..or were they human shuttleboard pucks? there is SHUFFLEBOARD and games out by the pool, or did you drive to so many different places that you didn't have much time out there? I'm glad you liked the spacious kitchen and all its amenities and found that it had everything you needed, spices and paper products, even foil for bbq! I aim to stock it, but sometimes am away betwen guests who use up an entire roll of something and don't replace for next guest. Yes, asking the next guest to alert me if they used up something completely such as DISHWASHER detergent or SHAMPOO, so I or the staff could replace could be a follow up email after a guest's departure. There's always laundry soap, besides standard TP and 1 paper towel roll requirement to start you off.. I hope there availability for you when you come next year as I've been getting requests for winter 2015 already! I'm also glad you got the 1/2 off the cruises and snorkle trips they offer at 9:30 am by the pool with the informative talk by the pool. I learned there is aqua-robics 8 am MWF and YOGO ON THE BEACH beyond tennis courts free on Weds 8am, $15 Sat morn. The pool area is kid friendly and many make friends from timeshares that come each year after that! I would love to have this family of four back, they left the place remarkably clean and I had no noise complaints from neighbors :)

Have lived on Maui over 9 years and on Big Island, contact me use the EMAIL OWNER tab for my condos in the MAUI SUNSET RESORT WHICH IS a windsurf/kitsurf and SUP haven on the OCEANFRONT with a SANDY BEACH, some corals do wash up with surf or occasional storms then they bulldoze it away...no seagrass stink here either.

Owning and improving properties while I live in them is a hobby, Optometry my original profession, UC Berkeley grad& UC Irvine biology major 30 yrs ago. I moved to Maui to WINDSURF then KITEBOARD, and now love to SCUBA and snorkle alot. Used to jog, now power walk the long sandy beaches and try paddleboarding on the very few days I don't work on the houses. Live upcountry Pukalani near Makawao town as well as near Hilo on the big island where the VOLCANOES national park is awesome to explore and hike, and hotponds abound. I May be able to pick you up from the airport and or possibly show you some of the sites on my days off&my neighbor also runs tours just for fun and extra pocket money ($15/hr plus mileage, Sometimes costs less than the $160 a day for car rental When crew ships are in and there's almost none left!):)

We leave you alone when you want to relax out on the deck but if you decide you want to drink some wine over on our private deck to the other side of yours you might find us sharing some sushi or ahi sashimi.
Meeting visitors from all over the world since buying the vacation home on the big Island has been quite fun!
When visitors go to all the great places here it reminds us why we moved to the big island of HAWAII & Bounce back-and-forth to Maui.

YOU CAN SEE OCEAN FROM POOL AND JACUZZI, a rarety for many hotels that tuck the pools behind the buildings or big shrubberies!

NOT ACROSS THE STREET from beach as many other 'OCEANFRONT' complexes are! watch out for theose Kam !,!!, & Kam 3 beach complexes are not truly oceanfront, but on the NOISY ROAD.
