Beautiful home with exceptional sea views

Our family stayed here for 5 nights. The checkin and checkout was easy. We absolutly loved the home, it was just perfect for me, my husband and kids. Every morning coffee looking over the ocean was heaven for me. The sunsets were amazing. Spotted some turtles in the waves. The property was very neat and had every thing we needed. kids loved the swimming pool and playing at the beach. Would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in Maui.

Puamana is just right

Comfortable condo in a great location. Water & beach access through well maintained grounds right out the door. The whale & monk seal sighting really added to the incredible experience.

Enjoyed our stay very much!

Lovely condo with lawn from the lanai to the ocean in front! The complex has multiple pools and is well maintained. 10 minute walk to downtown Lahaina from the complex. Will stay here again!

Amazing Property & location!

Our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenagers) absolutely loved everything about this property! We loved having 2 bedrooms and easy, walkout access to the ocean. The location is so convenient to everything, and the sunsets are stunning! In addition, the neighbors and property management was so friendly! We did not want to leave, but we will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

We had an amazing vacation at this Puamana condo. Property managers were available and responsive. A couple things needed to be fixed, but were minor.

Amazing!

This was better than expected, the condo was spacious, comfortable, steps to the water, quiet, and the AC was welcome with the warm weather. So grateful to the owners for the unforgettable memories our family had. A great community feel with the friendly neighbors, yet very respectful of the locals and frequent travelers. A very big Aloha!

Spectacular view; established neighborhood

This is a townhouse condominium that looks directly across the Pacific Ocean to the island of Lanai. The development is from the mid1960s but the unit was recently renovated. It is conveniently located at the southern end of Front Street making for an easy drive to Lahaina and quick access to the highway to get to the other towns in Maui.

Condo on the water

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at Puamana. The community is well maintained and quiet. Our condo was well stocked with cookware, appliances, etc. We had a beautiful view of Lanai and were super close to the shore (~120 ft). The water is shallow with light surf - not a snorkeling beach, but great for a quick dip. It's rocky though, so wear shoes. This complex is close enough to town that you could walk to Front Street for shopping and restaurants (1.3 miles about 20-25 min walk). It's a 5 min. drive to the free public parking lot (3 hr max) at the south end of Front Street. About 15 min. drive to Ka'anapali Beach, and a 55 min. drive to Makena Beach.All in all a great place to stay.

Look no further, stay here!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this condo! The home has everything you need for a relaxing holiday (including beach towels, boogie boards, beach umbrellas, and beach chairs - all of which they don’t even tell you about!). The kitchen is well equipped and nicely updated. The bathrooms have obviously been recently renovated and are beautiful! The bedrooms are perfect. The view from the master bedrooms is second to none. We slept with the windows open to hear the waves. 😍. The air conditioning works well in both bedrooms and the living room to keep the entire condo cool. The pull out sofa in the living room was actually quite comfortable (according to my 12 year old son who LOVED sleeping there and listening to the waves). We (two adults, 14 year old, 12 year old, and 9 year old) had this home for 10 nights and couldn’t imagine a better place to stay. You have the quiet of a gated community, we felt safe letting our kids run ahead of us and just be kids, but you’re also extremely close to Lahaina and Front Street for any shopping or dining needs. Puamana is the BEST! Above all the great things provided inside the condo is the backyard. The pictures do not do it justice! The beach at Puamana is also fantastic, soft sand, no big pulls, and limited crowds. When you get tired of the ocean (or just need a break) all three pools in Puamana are great! The property managers were also incredible. Easily accessible and very responsive. We want stay here again and again! 🌺

Reviewer Comments: unit 216-2 was in dire need of some maintenance....1 no A/c on main floor throughout our stay2 malfunctioning A/c unit in master bed room which required constant emptying of a bucket from a dripping unit throughout our stay.3 non functioning ice maker throughout our stay4 broken down hot water heater w no hot water x 2 daysThe staff for checking in were awesome and the maintenance staff were timely/courteous and accomadating....overall the human resources were exceptional but the unit as mentioned required some love! It did no deliver as advertised!

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ocean view was spectacular. Loved the 3 bathrooms, but both upstairs sinks were very hard to turn off. Also, the upstairs master shower had limited hot water, depending on the time of day. I took a few cool showers. The air conditioning was easy to manage and worked very well in conjunction with the ceiling fans. This unit is far away from the pool, so we would probably book a unit closer next time. The beach is very rocky here and not much beach to enjoy. The property was clean and in good condition. The beach chairs were a nice surprise and we used them when we went to D.F. Fleming beach. The location close to Lahina was nice for our Scotch Mist 2 sailboat excursion and our ferry trip to Lanai to the Cat Sanctuary. We also enjoyed the Thai food truck across from The Times grocery, near Kaanapali. Other delicious meals were brunch at The Plantation House and dinner at the Hali'imaile Genera Store. We made reservations about 2 weeks in advance for both. We also visited the Surfing Goat Dairy Farm, The Ocean Distillery, and Maui Wine- all up country.

Lots of space to keep paddleboards we rented as well. Inside was good. The downstairs and kitchen was updated and very nice - upstairs could use some updates but no complaints overall - very nice and clean place in a perfect location.

Beautiful location!

The condo was a good size for the 3 of us and the proximity to the ocean was amazing! The main floor had mostly been updated. However the square of carpet on the stairs really needs to be cleaned or replaced. We could not get hot water in the master shower. We used the ocean pool and that was great. Otherwise, a great stay and the view was unbeatable!

Incredible Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this condo is fabulous. It is on the lawn with an unfettered view of the ocean. There were beach chairs, boogie boards and a beach umbrella available for guest use which was much appreciated. The condo has sufficient kitchenware so that we could cook meals for our family of four. The unit itself could use an update. There are no screens on the master bedroom windows which makes it hard to leave windows open at night so as to hear the waves. The air conditioning units in the bedrooms are loud but effective. The family room has an old-fashioned sliding door to get outside and then windows across the rest of the patio. There's not much airflow but the view is spectacular. The property was clean and there were additional towels and blankets available for guest use. We arrived on a Sunday and had to bother the manager several times to get access. She was kind and patient with us. We enjoyed Puamana quite a lot and found this unit to be satisfactory. It could be truly incredible, with a few upgrades...
