Spacious and comfortable 3-bedroom retreat with two full bathrooms, private entrance, terrace, BBQ area and balcony. Two garage parking spots included. Open kitchen, cozy living room with TV, and an extra-large suite with walk-in closet. Fully equipped and great for relaxing together.
Centrally located yet quiet. Walkable to the RIVER WALK, THE PEARL, and ST. MARYâS STRIP. DOWNTOWN, TOBIN CENTER and the ALAMO are less than a 5-minute drive. AIRPORT under 10 minutes away.
THE PROPERTY:
The property features spacious, well-designed interiors with a comfortable and welcoming layout. Youâll arrive through a private side entrance, with the option to park two cars inside the property. Upon arrival, youâll find a BBQ area, then head up one flight of stairs to the second floor, where the unit is located. At the entrance, there is a charming terrace.
Inside, the home features an open kitchen connected to a cozy living room, creating a bright and inviting space. This level includes two comfortable bedrooms, a laundry area with a washer and dryer, and access to a front-facing balcony.
The extra-large master suite is located on the upper floor and includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet for added comfort and privacy. It also includes a dedicated workspace with a desk and chair, ideal for remote work or studying.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire unit, located on the second floor. Entry is through a side entrance, and guests enjoy full privacy.
Upon arrival, guests may use on-site parking with two designated spots, then pass the outdoor BBQ area before heading up one flight of stairs to the unit.
The extra-large primary suite is located on the upper level and includes a private bathroom and walk-in closet, offering added privacy and comfort.
Guests will receive a code for self check-in and may arrive anytime after the designated check-in time.
OTHER NOTES:
1. The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by stairs only.
2. Indoor parking is available for two vehicles, with additional street parking nearby.
3. This is a non-smoking unit.
4. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
5. A $50 non-refundable pet fee applies per pet for the duration of the reservation.
