The space
House is warm and inviting with the living room, dining room and kitchen connected in a flowing linear path on the right side of house and two bedrooms separated by a large bathroom on the left side.
At the back of the house is the Master bedroom with its own split system HVAC, in-suite bathroom and walk-in closet.
Laundry room and 3rd bathroom are adjacent to the kitchen in rear of house.
Ceilings are 11 feet high throughout the house giving a spacious feel to each of the rooms.
A central HVAC system heats and cools the entire house.
A soft water system provides water to all faucets in the house.

Guest access:
* The private, gated driveway is suitable for up to (3) cars parked in a single line.
There is plenty of curb-side parking available in front of the property.
* House can accommodate up to 8 people maximum. The three bedrooms each have one queen sized bed. The living room has two sofas (the sofas do not have pull out beds).
* Kitchen is supplied with numerous amenities including cooking essentials, an air fryer, microwave, Keurig, kettle, cookware to prepare meals and food storage containers.
* Front loading washer and dryer with top loading for small loads.
* Security is provided with 24/7 professionally monitored camera surveillance. NO cameras are located inside the house.
