We understand that the layout may not be ideal for every type of group, particularly a school group with specific privacy requirements. We make every effort to explain the configuration of the second and third bedrooms in the listing and provide photos to help guests understand the layout before booking. Since this stay, we have also added a barn door to the fourth bedroom with a latching lock located inside the bedroom, which prevents the door from being opened from the living room and provides additional privacy. The bathroom door issue mentioned in the review has also been corrected. We take these concerns seriously and have addressed them with our team. Regarding additional linens and supplies, our access letter clearly explains our starter-supply and linen policy before guests arrive. We provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials, but additional supplies are not restocked or delivered during the stay. We also provide towels and washcloths based on the maximum occupancy of the home, with a washer and dryer available for guests to wash and reuse them as needed. We appreciate the feedback and will continue looking for ways to make the home’s layout and policies as clear as possible for future guests.
