Accessibility

To reach the second floor, you will ascend a half set of carpeted stairs, followed by a landing, and then another half set of carpeted stairs leading to the upper level, which contains all the bedrooms and full bathrooms. There are five steps at the front entrance and an additional five to six steps from the back porch to the backyard.

Guest Access

Guests have full access to the entire home, except for two locked hospitality closets containing cleaning and restocking supplies. Any tampering with these locks may incur a fee.

• Early Check-In: Due to the high volume of turnover, we cannot accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out.
• Cancellation Policy: Please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy before booking, as it is firm and will be enforced. We recommend considering travel insurance if you think you may need to cancel your reservation.
• Pet Policy: We do not allow pets; this is a strict policy.

Important Note: Not Suitable for Young Children

While we welcome guests of all ages, please be advised that this property may not be suitable for young children, especially toddlers—due to its layout and the presence of delicate decor. We kindly ask that you consider this before booking to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all. Due to the refinished wood floors, we ask that you reframe from allowing children’s toys with hard plastic wheels rolled on the wood floors as they leave scratches.

Extended Stay Policy – Mid-Stay Cleaning Required

For reservations of 28 nights or more, mid-stay professional cleaning is mandatory. This service helps maintain the home’s excellent condition throughout your stay. An additional cleaning fee will apply and must be paid separately after booking. We will coordinate directly with you to schedule this cleaning at a mutually convenient time.

Security Notice

Please be aware that there are exterior security cameras actively always monitoring public-facing areas of the property, including during your stay. No cameras are located inside the home or in private spaces.

Please note: A 4% non-refundable credit card fee will apply to all payments. This helps cover the cost of secure payment processing.
Pet Policy:
We do not permit pets, and this policy is non-negotiable. If pets are found to be in the property there will be a $250 deep clean fee charged and $100/day charge for everyday the pet remains.


Smoking Policy:
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Should any evidence of cigarette or marijuana use be found after your departure, a fee of $250 will be charged.

Appliances:
Due to strict insurance and fire safety regulations, no appliances (indoor or outdoor) are permitted to be installed or used other than those already provided at the property. This includes portable AC units, space heaters, extra refrigerators, or outdoor cooking equipment. Please use only the appliances provided in the home to remain in compliance with our safety coverage.

Damage Policy:
Any actions by guests or their invitees that result in damage to the property or its contents—whether intentional or due to negligence—will permit the host or owner to deduct the associated costs from the security deposit. This includes expenses related to restoring the property or replacing items as necessary.


Laundry Supplies:
Please note that we do not provide laundry supplies.


Guest Policy:
Unauthorized guests are not permitted and will be considered trespassing. A fee of $250 will be charged for unregistered guests or if the maximum occupancy is exceeded. Additionally, parties, events, or gatherings are forbidden. Violations may lead to immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund. Kindly ensure that your guest count is accurate and inform us of any changes.
