This is your home away from home! Don't hesitate, book this 5 star home. Fully equipped with all the things you need to make your stay feel like home! Thank you Essence for being the best host and making sure everything was good for our stay. Lots of space and beautifully decorated. The beds are comfortable and the backyard is amazing! 5 stars across the board!

When I walked in the door, my response was "wow"...the home is absolutely beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfortably accommodated four adults and two children. The kitchen was stocked with all the utensils and appliances needed to prepare meals. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet. We would definitely rent the home again--Essence was professional and responsive.

The house is immaculate and a beautifully layout. Essence was so kind and gracious. We couldn't stop noticing the gorgeous and intricately designed detail in every room of the house. It's cozy and the beds are very comfortable. The washer and dryer are on the second floor for easy accessibility adjacent to bedrooms. It is located close to downtown and VCU. I highly recommend this home, you will be impressed!!

Church Hill House

We were pleasantly surprised finding this house. It has a great layout and it is evident a lot of care was taken turning it into the gem it is. The host also gets five stars, she is very responsive and easy to reach, we really enjoyed our stay, would definitely come back!

Beautiful place and very clean! Essence was a fantastic host. No trouble parking on the street with plenty of space for our two cars. The fenced yard was nice and just enough space for our two small dogs. The location was great being so close to down town and generally seemed safe, but the area was somewhat sketchy. No issues at all and would definitely stay again.

Great roomy beautifully appointed house

This house turned out to be a great find for a graduation and family reunion weekend. The house was very roomy and beautifully decorated. We used the kitchen a lot and it was very functional with new appliances. We were short materials that Essence was quick to supply. Communication before during and after our stay was timely and helpful. Great place to stay.

Excellent atmospheric stay close to everything

We loved every part of our stay! Communication with Essence was easy and quick throughout the process and she was always so helpful and cheerful. The location was a very short drive to all of the local sights and we never felt like we were disconnected from the city. The house was so incredibly decorated and atmospheric, you can tell how much care went into it. The neighbors were so nice, and some of the local shops (particularly the oatmeal cream pie cookie place) were a big hit. We would happily recommend to anyone wanting to visit Richmond!
