• By booking this home, you agree to comply with all rules below. These rules are in place to ensure a safe, quiet, and comfortable stay for everyone, including our neighbors.
• This is a first-floor unit accessed by stairs only
• Smoking, drugs, and vaping are strictly prohibited inside and outside the property, Violation will result in a $1,000 fine
• Absolutely no events, parties, loud music, large gathering. disturbance reported by neighbors or police will result in immediate removal without refund, and $1,000 fine will apply.
• Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight, Children count as guests and must be included in the booking.
• Pets are not allowed. Violation results in $300 per pet, per night, and Double cleaning fee.
• Food or short-term deliveries to the door are allowed. Packages or mail may not be shipped to the property, Please use a local FedEx / UPS pickup location for packages, We cannot retrieve or forward mail
• The upstairs unit may be occupied by other guests. Please be respectful of shared spaces and keep noise to a minimum

Please remove all food residue before placing items in the dishwasher. If the dishwasher drain is clogged due to food debris, a $200 fine will be charged.
