Great place!

This apartment was perfect for our couples weekend trip to Boston: 15 minutes walking to the red line, quiet (for a city) neighbourhood, clean space, and parking. The only downside was the upstairs residents seemed to be the most active from 10 pm to around 4 am every night, heavy footfalls and moving furniture across the floor. Otherwise its the perfect place to stay.

Great Place!

With the traffic in Boston, you can't hardly beat the location. We loved the ease of driving to get to anywhere. Wifi signal was a bit poor in places and we weren't sure what the extra keys were for, but it was a great place to stay!

It was my children's and my first visit to Boston and this was a great place to stay. We were conveniently located near the harbor, Quincy market and the T. The host was friendly and made sure our stay was comfortable. We literally couldn't have planned our stay better!

Nice and cozy place to stay

Their place are so clean, comfortable, and all that. Their mattress are so comfortable that were slept very well! Perfect parking spot (NOT on street parking) We stayed there for convention in Boston for few days! Boston hotels were so expensive so we’re glad that this house has everything we’d enjoy! Highly recommended!

Quiet Neighborhood Stay

Very clean. Nice stock of any necessary items and lots of extras for just in case, even a welcome bag. Beds comfy. Easy parking off street. Quiet neighborhood within a short drive to pubs/restaurants. A relatively close drive into historic BistonBoston.

Just what we needed

Everything was as advertised. This charming place was clean and well stocked! The area was safe and fairly quiet located 20-25 minutes from Boston. It was very reasonably priced as well. We enjoyed our stay here very much!

Very nice stay for a few days in Boston

Everything was just as David had stated on the website, and he was very responsive to initial inquiries when booking and also upon arrival. Plenty of towels, and though we didn't need, there were extra toiletries in the event you forgot something. Bed was very comfortable and apartment was clean.

First trip to the area

This is our first trip to New England. We wanted to explore Boston and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. My fave key points: On site parking An easy walk to the train for going in town Full size coffee maker (we always bring our own coffee and filters
 but there were coffee packets provided) Fridge for our food Hot water for showers and preferably tall shower head which this bathroom shower does have Good communication with easy check in and out. Would recommend.

Beautiful home

The home is spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. The description of "near downtown Boston" is a bit of a stretch. The property is in Dorchester, a good 30 min. drive from Boston. That being said the neighborhood is quiet and clean, and Uber took care of the distance.

Amazing place

Loved staying here! David was awesome! Communication was excellent! The place is comfortable and immaculately clean! Lovely home

The owner David is super responsive. The home is very lovely and spacious with a wonderful back deck that we ate dinner out on. One bed is a little soft but the other was the perfect firmness for my back issues. The place was extra clean and decorated so lovely. Just a short Lyft ride to the arboretum and Jamaica Plains pond or downtown.

The property is VERY close to all Major Boston ATTRACTIONS, downtown, Hospitals, and Universities.
