Getting Around:

The apartment is a 7 minutes walk away from the Porter Square T station on the red line.

It is one subway stop, or a pleasant 20 minutes walk, away from Harvard Square to the South, or to lively Davis Square to the North. You can also be downtown Boston within 20 minutes by car or subway from Porter Square.



Other Things to Note:

House Rules

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property (inside or out).

- No parties or gatherings. Please respect other tenants.

- Registered guests only. Please ask before inviting any overnight visitors.

- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. No loud music or disruptive noise.



Information:

- A commuter rail runs nearby—you may hear it briefly during the day. There are no trains at night.

- This property is owner occupied, the family lives upstairs on the second floor with a separate, private entrance. The city of Cambridge requires all Airbnb’s to be owner occupied. It is a musical family & you may hear the piano briefly during daytime hours



Parking

- A street-parking permit for one car is provided—display at all times.

-City rule: you must move your car every 24 hours.

- Lost permit fee: $100 for replacement.
