We had such an amazing stay, the hosts are great and provide you with anything you need. The view on the beach was amazing, lots to do nearby or hangout at the beach!

This was my first trip to Salem and this property was fantastic! The host was great and provided small things that made all the difference. For example, a coffee bar, shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower and cupboard stocked small snacks. The access to be directly on the beach was awesome. I felt so at peace during my stay. I would definitely recommend this property and definitely will book again!

Sea la Vie was wonderful, we enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen has newer appliances and includes other essentials for cooking. It also had a coffee bar with Keurig machine and pods and an electric tea kettle with teas. We were not there in the summer but still greatly enjoyed looking out the windows at the ocean. Communication with Elise was easy and smooth. The parking is a little awkward (understandable being at the beach), but was easy by the hosts, they even provide a short video explaining how it works. This is a great property and we would recommend staying here.

We loved our stay on Yirrell Beach. Our host was amazing and the accommodations were pristine. I will be booking here again on my next trip to Winthrop/Boston!!

This was our second year renting the property and we of course enjoyed it. We also brought our golden retriever and he has the time of his life. This place has become our yearly vacation spot.

I, my partner, and our pup instantly felt at home. Everything we needed was there, even sticks for roasting marshmallows! This was the laid back beach vacation of our dreams! Thanks for hosting us!

Absolutely loved the week at Sea La Vie! Elise made sure to welcome us at check in personally, which made a verg warm welcome! The rooms were cozy and the bedroom had the most breathtaking view of the ocean and the sandy beach! Each room was decorated with a beach theme which really made the atmosphere relaxing! The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities if you want to cook and even had a cute coffee bar with a Keurig coffee maker with k-cups and flavored syrups to add! The porch is right on the beach which has a nice table with chairs and umbrella! The grill is next to the porch so you can have an amazing cookout while enjoying the beautiful view! Now for evenings, which are my favorite, a cozy fire under the stars as you hear the waves rolling up to the beach! If you’re looking for a place for relaxation and coziness then this is the place! You won’t be disappointed! Thank you, Elise and Craig, for making this such a special week for us as we created cherished memories !

My family of 3 had the best stay! This place is a step above the rest! It’s extremely clean, fully stocked kitchen (loved the coffee station)and bathroom. Elise provides extras, like the coffee station, kitchen essentials, body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom! I appreciated all of the little extras that make this place like home for your stay! To top it all off, a beautiful view of the water from sunrise to sunset. Great area outside to hang out, eat, grill, have a bonfire right on the beach! Elise communicated with me as we prepared to stay until we left. She’s a wonderful host! If you’re looking to stay in Winthrop, this is your place!

We loved our stay here. The cottage is spotlessly clean, and comfortable with a wonderful view of the water. The cottage is exactly as presented and so much more. Elise is a wonderful hostess and so easy to communicate with about any questions you may have as well as tips on local restaurants or activities. New England springs are finicky, but we took advantage of a few days of sunny, warmish weather to kick back in beach chairs off the back deck and just listen to the surf. So relaxing! Even though we live in the local area, we felt like we were worlds away in a special vacation spot! We hope to come back again soon.

This property is a wonderful seaside retreat. The owner is friendly and helpful, unit clean and comfortable, and location could not be better. It was so nice to wake up to the ocean and end our day with beautiful sunsets. We highly recommend this property.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this vacation rental! The apartment is beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. It truly felt like a home away from home.One of the highlights was the unbeatable beachfront location. Waking up to the amazing ocean view right outside the bedroom window was simply breathtaking.We also loved that we were able to bring our dog with us, which made the trip even more special.The location is perfect for exploring the area. It’s conveniently situated for visiting Boston’s top sights, including the Faneuil Hall area, while also being close drive to charming coastal towns.Elise, the host, was extremely responsive, warm, and welcoming, making the entire experience seamless from start to finish.We highly recommend this beautiful place. Check-in was super easy - From the time we walked in, we felt relaxed, and at home. The property was exactly as described. We enjoyed our stay and Elise was a wonderful host. Would definitely stay again. We enjoyed sitting out back at the fire. We also saw a lovely sunset just a short walk down the street. The sunrise was beautiful but I didn’t get a photo of it.

Hidden Gem, Darling decor

Check in was a breeze, Elise, the owner, knows answers to questions you didn't even have to ask! Kitchen is well stocked, even some snacks to enjoy. There's a lovely bedrm, comfy sheets & towels. Elise even has a sound machine incase you like white noise to sleep.

Amazing!!!

We came to visit Boston coming from Texas and this location was absolutely amazing! Very beautiful view of the ocean everyday, and not too far away from the city life. Elise was amazing with making sure our stay was amazing and was easily available for any questions we may have. Hopefully will come back to Boston someday!

This is a gem of a place. Easy check in and out, super friendly and helpful host, and immaculate accommodations inside and out. The beach is literally out your back door! The house was stocked with basic essentials like laundry pods, coffee and even some snacks! Communication was very easy with Elise and when we needed something, she was on it. I would 100% stay here again.

Amazing Spot and Hosts!

I couldn’t be more happy with our stay at this property in Winthrop. You’re directly on the oceanfront, you have a private spot for yourself (before the public beach), and are just steps away from entering the water. The hosts themselves are just so incredible and accommodating. They constantly checked in to see how we were doing, asking us about our son and dog’s time at the property, and wanted to be as accommodating as possible to make sure our stay was great. Cannot wait to stay here again. Absolute gem of a spot!
