Located in a quiet neighborhood about a mile from town, you'll have the best of both worlds: a tranquil environment and easy access to in-town convenience. Lake Estes and the golf course are quite close by.

Step inside and notice the lovely decor choices. Wood floors, stylish furnishings, and thoughtful accents throughout give the home a cozy yet chic vibe. The living area has comfy seating and is a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of activity and sightseeing. Warm up by the fire. This was the absolute perfect place for our family of 5. So close to everything and such gorgeous view right from the house. Walkable to downtown. Would highly recommend!!!

Four of us stayed in Estes Park for a week and we had a wonderful time. The house we stayed in was wonderful. It had everything we needed and it was close to shops and dining. You can walk to town as it's only a mile away, but there is one steep hill that you have to walk up upon return. We would stay here again.

Lovely!

Our stay here from start to finish was perfect! The communication with the property managers before was the best that I have had staying in a VRBO property, and we have stayed at many! The home was also extremely clean on arrival and it was very well appointed with everything we needed. Easy check out process was a bonus for us as well!! We absolutely loved RMNP and Estes Park and hope to be back…. and we would not hesitate staying at this home again if we do so!

The house was updated to very nice condition, very modern. The quiet dishwasher was great. We had all the amenities we needed. Plenty of towels and blankets. Loved the floor layout with bedrooms away from kitchen and living room and kitchen. However, the hot water faucet in the master bath was not working. Also the toaster would not latch to cook toast. Loved our time there. Plenty of nice touches regarding the decor.

Excellent house!

Stayed with our family 2 and bulldog Tilly. The house is in a great location ... Just a couple of minutes to downtown Estes. The back yard is fenced if you bring your pets. Deer and Elk would come through the property most mornings. We very much enjoyed the stay and will book it again!

Family weekend with adult children

The Morgan Pine House was the perfect place for us to gather and enjoy each other’s company while taking advantage of the amazing location. Not only was it fully stocked with everything we needed, it was comfortable and the fenced yard made dog maintenance a breeze. We loved every minute of our stay and would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Feels like home!

We stayed here while attending a week long dog show. The home is clean, comfortably furnished and the kitchen was perfect. The fenced back yard was a definite plus, as was the elk who joined us for coffee most mornings.

Great weekend getaway

My family rented this house for the weekend and it was a perfect getaway. We didn't go into town due to Covid restrictions, and the house had everything we needed for the weekend. It was cozy and clean, and we can't wait to rent it again in the summer.

Beautiful Home But Poor Costumer Service from Property Manager

When we arrived (October 2020) the air quality was hazardous to human health and health and safety declarations had been issued warning individuals to stay inside and not to drive due to the local wildfires. The wildfires worsened overnight and we ended up leaving town the next morning just before the city was officially evacuated. The property manager is local and could have at least given us a warning before we traveled about how bad the air quality was (I received multiple texts/emails about checking-in, but nothing about how serious and unsafe it was in Estes Park). We ended up getting a partial refund but it took multiple phone calls to the agency (Vacasa) and was like pulling teeth. They seem to prioritize keeping as much of my rental fee as possible over my personal safety and wellbeing. The home itself was absolutely beautiful and I would love to rebook but do not feel comfortable working with Vacasa again.

Vacation dream home

This house I rented for my parents and aunt and uncle to stay in while visiting Estes Park . They are your typical hotel people so this was a 1st for them and they loved the place. The location was perfect, close enough for them to go into town or set on their patio in quietness. I believe this will be the way to vacation for them from now on. The house was very clean , had every thing they possibly needed. Dad enjoyed grilling out in the afternoons. They watched the elks while drinking their morning coffee. This place is exactly what it says and then some. Thank you for making your home my family’s home.

Nice Place with Shortcomings

We rented this place as our first choice fell through due to a fire. The layout worked out well for our family of five— the large, well equipped kitchen with open dining room, and living room were comfortable and up to date. The three bedrooms were of decent size with comfortable queen beds and good closet space. Nice TVs , DTV and wifi. Good towels and toiletries. The location is convenient to RMNP , downtown EP, EP golf course, and is in a residential neighborhood. The wrinkles: a small backyard with no scenic views. A goofy front entry with a blocked porch so had to drag luggage across front yard. Small garage grill so had to cookout on the driveway. Smallish bathrooms with low shower heads. Trundle Bed and sofa bed mattresses were thin and useless so one of our kids slept on the sofa. Garage door opener would be a plus for easy loading and entry. We arrived to find a broken patio screen, dishwasher, and dryer. Very responsive property manager had dishwasher fixed within 24 hrs and tried with no success on other items.

Would highly recommend staying here.

This place was cute and cozy, close to town and I received quick responses when I had questions. The kids loved seeing the reindeer and making smores. Plenty of room for all of us. Thank you for allowing my family and I to stay here.

Terrible Management

My husband and I scheduled this property for a few days to celebrate our anniversary. Unfortunately, when we arrived at approximately 6:00 pm, it had not been cleaned. The beds were stripped, towels were gone, bathrooms were dirty (cut hairs on the bathroom sink, water spotted mirrors, dirty sinks), crumbs on the kitchen counter and dirty stove, floors hadn’t been vacuumed or swept, etc. We called the number provided on the confirmation and were told that we would hear from someone within 30 minutes. After getting no response 1 1/2 hours later, we called again and cancelled our reservation for breach of contract and checked into a local hotel at approximately 8:00 pm. Left town the next day, for a hotel isn’t adequate for what we wanted for our stay. Incidentally, no one ever returned my call. Never again! Out-of-town management (Oregon) doesn’t work!

-This situation was due to an unfortunate incident involving a housekeeper quitting with zero notice, resulting in a missed clean with no locally available crew members to pick up the slack. We were able to schedule a clean the following morning. This unfortunate occurrence and we acknowledge that we were unable to deliver the guest experience we strive for. The entire territory is being re-organized and staffed up to prevent any repeat of this issue. Thank you!

Excellent Vacation Destination In Every way!!!

We spent 2 nights at the Morgan house with my in-laws and it exceeded our expectations. From the comfortable beds to the vast amenities, we enjoyed out time at this wonderful property and will definitely return soon. The kids loved roasting marshmallows on the fire pit in the backyard and I especially appreciated being able to do some work in the guest office. Thank you for a great time!

Wonderful place to stay with a family! It was not only pet friendly, but kid friendly as well. Our daughter, son in law, and two grand babies enjoyed our stay as well. There were toys, games and kid friendly movies to enjoy. It was a very comfortable, clean, and well furnished setting. The home had plenty of extra amenities that made it a perfect setup for a group. We loved the home and would definitely stay there again!!!
