This charming and newly updated cabin on the Big Thompson River is your dream vacation getaway. Located just two blocks from downtown Estes Park, this cabin allows you the peaceful ambiance and convenient location you've been seeking.

Listen to the sounds of the river from your deck while relaxing in the hot tub, over dinner in the dining room and from the riverfront bedroom. Enjoy a gas fire pit in the side yard. Stroll the short two blocks to downtown Estes Park. Enjoy the beauty of the Rocky Mountains. There are many activities available in Estes Park such as horseback riding, miniature golf, bumper boats, pontoon boat rentals, bicycle rentals and much more. Enjoy the local brewpubs, restaurants and winery.

The kitchen and bathroom have been recently updated. The two comfortable bedrooms provide a peaceful setting as you are lulled to sleep by the sound of the river. The cozy living room provides just the right amount of space to put your feet up and relax after a day of busy outdoor activities in the mountains.

The riverfront deck, featuring a hot tub, is the perfect setting to enjoy time with family and friends.

Cozy Cabin

Our family enjoyed our stay here. The cabin was so cute and very clean. You can't beat the location and the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend to stay here.

Amazing location

It’s a great cabin, patio right on the River, hot tub and fire pit were so nice. Walk to Main Street with all the shops and food. Would definitely stay again!

Relaxing river cabin

Deck is awesome with the hot tub and river rushing by. Cabin is perfectly situated for walking to shops and restaurants.

Highly recommended for a cute mountain get away

This cabin was a perfect get away from our Hawaii home. The cabin is in an amazing location on the river and close enough to walk to town. Everything was flawless from check in to check out and excellent communication with the host. I can’t wait to stay here again in the spring or summer next time.

The weather was frigid, but the cabin was warm and charming. The hot tub was delightful. Close to town, clean and neat, everything the advertisement said. The owner was also a delight to work with. Would love to come back again!

Great 3 Days, 4 Nights in Estes

We really enjoyed the comfort and convenience of this home during our stay in Estes Park. This is actually our second time staying in this home, and we were thrilled that it was available this trip. The home was well equipped and we the loved the tranquil sound of the river coming through the screen door at night.

Words can't do it justice!

Awesome place to stay if you're visiting Estes park!! Walking distance to town, but far enough away to have that privacy! Hanging out on the patio in the morning and late evening with the stream right there was a favorite! Hot tub was amazing after a long day hiking in the Rockies...and another favorite! Doubtful we'd look for any other place for future visits!

Fun cottage!

Cute, clean, fun little cottage! The location was within walking distance to downtown and was right on the river! State of the art kitchen with all of the equipment you could ask for. The beds were very comfortable as was the furniture. Would recommend it!

Wonderful place on the river, met all of our expectations.

This cottage on the river in Estes Park was better than described. My wife and I loved it and wished we'd stayed 2 weeks! Plenty of supplies for kitchen, bath, bedrooms, and entertainment needs. And, the wonderful deck next to the river rapids topped everything off. We plan to stay there next year, maybe for two weeks. Oh yes, I hiked several days in RMNP, just a few minutes from the cabin. Very convenient to the park shuttle, as well as downtown Estes Park.

Charming cabin, feels like home, hot tub lovely after hiking

We had a wonderful stay in this charming cabin, on water's edge with all the amenities included like we were at home. Our hosts were professional, responded quickly and gave an excellent service. We loved the gas fireplace in the evening. We hiked 4 days in RMNP which was nearby and truly enjoyed relaxing our sore muscles in the hot tub. We would definitely book here again if we decide on visiting this area again. Thank you.

Wonderful accommodations in Estes Park

5/5 Fantastic convenient location, clean and in excellent condition, all the amenities including internet. Beds are comfortable, the hot tub perfect, and sitting, literally, on the Big Thompson River that runs through the town is so peaceful. Plenty of space, nicely configured, imminently walkable to downtown, restaurants, activities, Tiki Bar. Very reasonably priced for everything you get. Highly recommended. Perfect Little Getaway!

My husband and I came up from the Denver area for a weekend away. The cabin was warm, within walking distance to downtown, cute and just right for us. There are basic amenities in the kitchen and kitchen. The only downside is that it's not TPF (tall people friendly) - my husband is 6'4" and the shower head, bathroom mirror, and some of the lights were lower then the top of his head. We loved the location and this little cabin

No Privacy

Very comfortable cabin and well appointed. The book in the cabin indicated to turn off all outside lights at night, however, the business just across the river had floodlights that flooded the entire cabin with light. Not worth the money and would not book again.

Comfortable, Quiet, Convenient short walk to town

Our stay at this cabin was enjoyable and relaxing. It's a very short two-block walk to Elkhorn Avenue for restaurants, stores, and Safeway (and depending on your current diet status, a quick walk to the BEST donut store in the area!). The drive to Rocky Mtn Natl Park is about a 10 minute drive. This cabin has everything you would need...a fully equipped kitchen stocked with high-end appliances, plenty of dishes and utensils, a gas fireplace, hot tub on the deck overlooking the Fall River, comfortable beds, large dining area, etc. We would definitely rent this cabin again and encourage others to experience the beauty of this part of our country while snuggling into a warm, cozy cabin.

Fabulous Creekside Cabin in Estes Park

The three of us enjoyed a week in this lovely cabin in Estes Park. The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, and had everything you needed for a comfortable vacation. We cooked most of our meals in the well-appointed kitchen and took advantage of the gas grill on the deck. Every evening, we relaxed in the soothing hot tub- a reward for our hard hikes! The location is perfect- you can walk to town or the Visitor's Center (where you can park and ride), Estes Lake or Performance Park. The washer/dryer is a bonus, and you can go home with clean laundry! You will also find your hosts accommodating and quick to respond with questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this creekside cottage in beautiful Estes Park!

The place was in a great location we got to see elk across the river at the park and across the street. Easy access to the park, can walk downtown. The place has enough room for four adults. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking.
