Nestled in a green hilly landscape of vineyards and olive groves, the villa offers a marvellous view of the Lefka Ori, the so-called "White Mountains", and the sea. Due to its elevated position, the holiday home towers above the immediate surroundings, providing an impressive 360-degree panorama. The property is characterised by its almost completely secluded location, with only one other property in the immediate vicinity.
The approx. 2400 m² plot is completely surrounded by a natural stone wall. You can enjoy absolute privacy and space in the spacious garden. There are several oases of peace with shady olive trees scattered around the garden, so that every guest can find their own place to relax. There is also a large summer kitchen with barbecue and stone oven in the garden. From the loggia on the ground floor, you can access the well-tended garden and pool area via a staircase. The approx. 50 m² pool has a separate children's pool with shallow water. Relax on the comfortable sun loungers with canopies. The pool overlooks the mountains and the sea. The orientation allows sunshine until shortly before sunset. There is also a comfortably furnished roof terrace with a canopy on the upper floor of the house, which encloses the entire upper living space and offers a wonderful view. The holiday home has four private car parking spaces, including one garage parking space and three outdoor parking spaces. In addition, two bicycles are available for you to use, for example to do your morning shopping.
The luxurious villa has a fully heated living space of approx. 280 m², divided into a ground floor, upper floor and basement. The brightly tiled ground floor features a modern cooking and dining area with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen and direct access to the loggia. The covered outdoor area offers a cosy day bed, a dining table and outdoor speakers. Enjoy the view of the garden, pool and sea in a stylish atmosphere. The ground floor also has two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed measuring 1.80 metres in width, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. On the upper floor, which has teak parquet flooring throughout, you will find a spacious living area with panoramic windows. From here you can access the surrounding covered roof terrace. There is also a third double bedroom (1.80 m wide) and an en suite bathroom with bathtub on the upper floor. The bedroom also has a south-facing balcony with romantic sunsets over the sea. The basement has a further bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m wide) and a bathroom with shower. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer in the bathroom, which can be used free of charge. All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. The child-friendly holiday home offers highchairs and a cot for children up to the age of six as well as various children's books and DVDs. A premium UHD TV (65-inch LG, satellite) with Dolby Surround hi-fi system, a DVD collection with over 200 feature films and German and English-language literature are also available to round off an eventful holiday. Netflix and Prime are also available.
New is a fitness room with cross trainer, climbing wall, stepper, home trainer, multifunctional trainer for muscle building, dumbbells.
The house will also be cleaned for you once a week free of charge during your stay.
The nearest shopping facilities such as a bakery, butcher, supermarket etc. can be found in the coastal town of Tavronitis, approx. 5 km away. In the town of Chania, approx. 30 km away, you can stroll through the small, winding alleyways of the old town, watch the hustle and bustle in the market hall or soak up the harbour atmosphere over a cosy meal in the taverna. If you want to experience one of the most beautiful beaches in Crete, visit the dreamy Falassarna beach or the Elafonissi lagoon. We also recommend a day trip to the island of Gramvoussa with a swim at Balos Beach. This scenic highlight can be easily combined with a varied boat tour, which will give you a unique view of the bizarre coastline with its mysterious caves.
