The newly-built house is on a quiet cul-de-sac, close to the eastern shore of Viaredssjön.

The ground floor has a big, rustic kitchen with all amenities, as well as a fireplace. In the evenings you can enjoy the big living room, with comfortable sofas, furniture and an entertainment system. The ground floor also has a bedroom with a fireplace and solid parquet flooring, as in many other parts of the house. The entrance area, WC and laundry room are tiled. The first floor has another big living room with a sofa bed, TV and tiled fireplace stove. There are three bedrooms, one of which is a children’s playroom with a children’s bed and toys. The other upstairs bedrooms have double beds and one of them has a large walk-in wardrobe. One of the bedrooms affords a fantastic view of the lake. You can also have a shower in the bath. The bathroom has a high window with a view of the forest behind the house.
