Just for you- our holiday house for a maximum of 18 people, measuring 200m², situated outside of Hüttau at the sunny Bairauberg on the edge of a forested area, right at the gateway to the Salzburg Amadé sports world, away from noise and everyday stress. You can recharge your batteries here, surrounded by forest and meadows. The house is near two other houses, each about 50 metres apart, one of which is occupied permanently.

There is a big, roofed terrace outside with garden furniture, a grill area with seating in the garden, as well as parking spaces.

The ground floor has a large living and dining room with a tiled fireplace stove. The kitchen is fully-equipped with ample crockery and pans, an oven, ceramic hob, fridge (there is a second fridge in the cellar), a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher. The second floor provides two bedrooms each with a double bed, a four-bed room with two bunk beds, a bathroom with a shower, bath, bidet and WC. The basement (at ground level to the front) comprises a bedroom with a double bed, a shower and WC, two four-bed rooms each with a bunk bed and a double bed, shower and WC, as well as a sauna with a shower, a games room and a ski storage room.

No matter how you would like to spend your holiday, either actively or lazily, this is the right place for you. It is easy to get to the ski resorts of the Amadé sports world, with 870km of well-prepared pistes with modern lifts. In summer it is an ideal starting point for hikes on the surrounding mountains, with many inviting mountain chalets. You can go on trips to historical castles in the Salzburger Land, or places of interest such as the largest ice cave in the world, the “Eisriesenwelt”, or a trip to the unique scenic road Großglockner Höhenstrasse

A cot can be provided, as well as an Internet stick for use free of charge. In winter it is recommended to bring snow chains.
