Doté d'1 King Chambre suite avec en chambre jacuzzi romantique et notre spécial de 18 pieds octogone pluie Chalet D'Amour est un favori pour les seniors et ceux qui recherchent une escapade spéciale. La 2ème chambre dort 4 avec une reine plus grand lit superposé. Vous ne vous ennuierez jamais donné vous avez Internet haute vitesse sans fil, table de billard, table de baby-foot et un bain à remous sur le pont sont standard. Un foyer à gaz de 28 pieds au centre vous accueille et une cuisine surdimensionnée, Gas Grill on the Deck termine cette cabine - Ouais!

I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Got there Thursday afternoon, left Sunday morning. Nothing was spectacular, but nothing was poor either. The house was pretty clean - some dead bugs in the corners but no big deal. I was hoping for more privacy from the neighbors in the hot tub. The shower is cool, and the jacuzzi next to the bed is nice. The parking area was mainly mud. Other than the back deck privacy, we had a good stay.

The wooden construction gives it a warm and inviting atmosphere, making it ideal for a special getaway.However, I would like to share an important observation for future guests and for the resort management. There was an excessive amount of dust in the bedrooms, especially on all wooden surfaces such as the beds, picture frames, door frames, and other furniture. The dust was so noticeable that sleeping and spending time inside the cabin became uncomfortable.My family and I are allergic, including my baby, and unfortunately the dust caused constant discomfort, making it difficult for us to rest properly during our stay.With a more thorough and detailed cleaning, especially of the wooden surfaces, this cabin could provide a much more comfortable and pleasant experience, as the place itself is lovely and has great potential.I hope this feedback is taken constructively. Thank you.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was overall a wonderful experience. Just a few suggestions for the furniture layout of the master bedroom. I would have moved the bed closer to the opposite wall from the jacuzzi heart shaped bathtub, to give the guest on that side of the bed more room to get out of bed. And to allow for the placement of a bedside table for the guest on that side of the bed. Also, I would add some sort of a cabinet table next to the sink to put toiletries etc..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cabin was lovely and exactly as pictured! Fantastic location - very private, but not entirely secluded. Stores for necessities/groceries are within a short driving distance, it's in the heart of the arts/crafts loop, and also close to both explore the trails in the Smokeys and the main drag in downtown Gatlinburg. Elk Springs Resort was incredibly easy to work with, from check in to check out. A great stay and would absolutely come back!

Quiet Peaceful Cabin

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our cabin rental was excellent. It was clean and spacious, with plenty of privacy despite having another cabin close by. We loved having a quiet retreat to head back to when we were done with our daily activities. The full kitchen was welcome as we usually prefer to do our own cooking rather than eating out. We also found that having a washer and dryer were an excellent benefit that we had not considered. We were able to go home and just hang up our clothes rather than running laundry for a day or two after the trip. Overall we feel we made the right choice in rental and would definitely stay again if we find ourselves in the area.

Family vacation

We really enjoyed the cabin. It was beautiful. Great location. Make sure you have good service before coming here. We had to run on wifi the whole time. The tv in the master was extremely small. For the master it should of been bigger. I get it, you come on vacation to not watch tv but we are a tv family in the evenings when the kids lay down and the tv was the smallest they make. In the kids room with the bunkbeds, my 2nd oldest got stuck on the top bunk. So i climbed up to show her how to get down. Needless to say I myself was stuck and I am 7 months pregnant. It took me a minute to get down and also to get her down. The ladder is slippery when coming back down. It doesnt make you feel safe. The 18ft rainfall shower was okay. That is what we looked forward to before we got there but when we went to use it only the can lights by the door worked, so it wa basically taking a shower in the dark. I did not like that. On the other hand i did do a load of laundry and the washer/dryer was fast and dried on one load. We did not like the fact that there was an envelope left by the cleaner for a tip. We paid a cleaning fee, we shouldn't of felt pressured to leave a tip. Its your job. You were paid for it. And also if your an early riser walking up the stairs into the kitchen for your morning coffee is super loud. The floor obviously doesnt have any floor sound barrier underneath because it woke everyone up with the squeaking. But other than that it was a great trip.

Never rent that house!

Enjoyed our stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been staying with Elk Springs for 10 years. Never had a problem with check in until this time. We arrived at 5, no cell service but had not received a text or email with the code to get in. Had to drive half a mile in order to call and be told that they emailed me the code because they didn’t have a good phone number (I have had the same number for the 10 years I have been staying with them), they couldn’t get give me the code over the phone. We all had to use the restroom and had to wait around for probably 20 minutes to get into the cabin.The cabin itself was nice. We couldn’t get the large TV to play live TV. The couch in the family area was only a loveseat for 2 people to sit. The bed killed our backs. The tub in the master had black stuff around the jets. We did enjoy our stay, we did see a bear in the resort. Oh there could be more lights along the roads of the resort, in the dark you can hardly see anything.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation rental was stunning! This is the perfect cabin if you are celebrating time with your significant other! We had a lot of fun. The only downside that we had was the dishwasher being broken for the first three days, but the owner did have it replaced with a brand new one. We also realized at the beginning of our stay that the cabin could use some overall TLC with Cleanliness, every cup we pulled out was dirty, underneath the bed there were old toys, balloons, and trash. Our two year old toddler is the one who found most of that trash. Other than that, it was an overall spectacular cabin.

Great vacation stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental. It had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The beds are really comfortable and we liked the hot tub, pool table, and streaming services for family movie night. It was spacious for our family of four. The area is close to everything without being right in the middle of the chaos of the city. The road is very winding to get to the cabin so be mindful of that. The only inconvenient part was our phones not working for calls and having to be on WiFi for internet usage-we have AT&T. They do have a landline though if you need to make calls. The rental company was very helpful and so easy to deal with. Would definitely go through them again.

The master bed was a little wobbly and felt like it was going to fall other then that we had a great time.

Reviewer Comments: We loved our stay in Chalet D’amour , the place was exactly as you see it in the pictures, actually the place is bigger and has lots of space. The tower shower was amazing. The play room was my son’s favorite part of the cabin, also the hot tub, I would recommend to everyone. The only thing that I don’t liked to much was the roads to get there , it’s a two way little road with to many curves, the town is not to far, but you have to drive slow and with extra careful, so make sure you got all you need in the cabin to avoid additional trips to the town specially at night.

The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was just the thing after a day of hiking. This location is nice if you are going to the East side of the Smokeys away from the main entrance like we did for hikes. The bedrooms downstairs were difficult to get the correct temperature when it was cold outside though.

Great Family Getaway

Reviewer Comments: The cabin is in a good location, and the rental process was well-orchestrated, making it easy to rent. The property management team was very helpful. The cabin had good features, but was very dirty. The bathroom floors had black grout, were gross and sticky. We spotted several bugs upstairs and roaches downstairs. The master shower had a mild sewer smell. This cabin needs an overhaul.
