Cette maison a été totalement rénovée avec 3 chambres avec de superbes vues sur la fenêtre et 3 salles de bain complètes avec une belle dalle de tuiles dans la douche. Vous disposez de 2 lits king et 2 lits queen. La cuisine est ouverte sur le salon et une terrasse Trex très spacieuse avec barbecue au gaz. Si vous êtes déjà allé à Gatlinburg, vous pourrez même voir s'il y a une file d'attente pour le petit-déjeuner dans le garde-manger à crêpes depuis votre balcon ou regarder le nouveau télésiège Anakeesta monter et descendre de la montagne. Le nouveau pont piétonnier emblématique le plus long se trouve sur la même montagne. Cette maison est littéralement à moins de 5 minutes du centre-ville Gatlinburg avec une plate-forme de stationnement juste à côté de l'aquarium Ripley. Lorsque sur le balcon, vous pouvez voir les feux d'artifice pour la 4e de Juillet et réveillon du Nouvel An! Cette maison a un accès wifi gratuit. Écran plat 1-55in dans la vie et 42 en écran plat dans chaque chambre. Big inoxydable voler réfrigérateur et tous les appareils neufs.
Nous sommes très près de tout mais vous avez encore beaucoup d'intimité et un grand parking.

Wonderful place in the mountains

The house was wonderful. Very spacious, great views and location was easy to get to main attractions yet enjoy the peacefulness in the mountains.

Amazing View

Enjoyed our stay at the Greystone House. The view is beautiful and the house is clean and well maintained. The deck overlooks downtown Gatlinburg and is wonderful to just sit back and take in the mountains. The 3 bedrooms is spacious along with the 3 bathrooms. Thoroughly enjoyed the convenience this house offers!

Excellent Location

We loved this cabin. The views are incredible and it was close to downtown and pigeon forge. We got about 6" of snow, and were glad to have 4WD to get out, but that didn't stop us. We will hopefully be back soon!

This house offers some of the most beautiful views we’ve had at our stays in Gatlinburg over the last 15 years. We loved the layout of the cabin, it was very clean, and the kitchen was fully stocked.

2025 Family Spring Break

This was our second time in Gatlinburg and didn't want to stay in a hotel. We decided on this property for the views. The property is very roomy, clean, quiet and cozy. Great communication from the owners. It had everything we needed for our family of 4. Our teens enjoyed the bedroom on the lower level. It has 2 queen beds, a couch, recliner, TV and private bath. All the beds are very comfortable in the house- each bedroom has its own private bathroom. Great water pressure in the showers and the views are amazing. We watched the sunrise over the mountains each morning while enjoying our coffee. Even in the evenings it was great to see the Gatlinburg city lights as well as the lights from the Anakeesta resort up the mountains. We didn't need to spend any money on mountain attractions and activities since we had great views from our house. Just note, the drive up to the house can be a bit nerve racking your first time. It is about a 2-minute drive up the mountain and the road is windy (some curves are 180 degree turns). And when driving down the mountain, it may be a bit nerve racking again on your first time. We had a 350 pickup truck and did not have any problems going up or down the mountain. We would stay here again.

Nice Place Close to Town

We enjoyed our stay at this property. The place was very clean and spacious for four adults. The kitchen was well stocked with nice pots and pans, utensils, and basics needed for cooking. The beds and linens made for a comfortable rest. Since the weather was good, we spent lots of time outside on the upper deck soaking up the view. Only negative was there is a lot of city noise that travels upward. Still a nice place to stay.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay here. The home was clean, spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. The view was beautiful and we enjoyed eating on the porch when the weather permitted. The location is great, close to town and the national park, but the road to get up the hill is a bit daunting!

Spacious Cabin With Great View

We had a great time staying at this cabin. We brought only 3 people so we could each have a room but this could fit 8 people if sharing beds. The cabin provided an amazing view of the city and less than 10 minute drive to the main strip. I highly recommend this cabin if visiting Gatlinburg.

This property is AMAZING. The house was spotless and had all the things needed to feel comfortable, safe, and at home. The views are breathtaking - loved waking up to the amazing view each morning. The drive up/down the mountain to/from the house is a little scary for those not used to that type of driving, but just take it slow and you will be fine. We have rented a ton of VRBO homes, and this is hands-down the best one we have ever used. Highly recommend.

We have been in the property rental business at the highland condos for 30 years. Mike has been on city council in a Gatlinburg and mayor 12 times of this wonderful city! We can answer lots of questions and help you with information!

We love Gatlinburg and have lived here almost all our lives. We bought this house because it has a million dollar view and you cannot find property like this so close to downtown and easy to get too! Location and Views and how easy it its to get to Gatlinburg. One of the first areas in Gatlinburg and they usually have best locations. The views of the Great Smokey Mountains and the city of Gatlinburg. So close to everything but still so special with location and how it sits on a point. Not crowded with someone right next door to you. The orginal lots are so much more spacious.

The views and location are the reason we bought this home!! You cannot find property like this anymore!!! You have a trillion dollar view out of every window!! We personally manage and inspect our homes. Your great experience is inmportant to us. Again Views and location and how comfortable our home is. We take pride in our home and your experience. You can see the city of Gatlinburg and all it has to offer. We have seven chairs that recline in the living room so everyone can relax and just look at the beautiful mountains.
