The apartment is located on the fourth floor with no elevator: the climb requires a bit of effort, but it is generously rewarded once you arrive. What awaits you at the top is something truly exceptional.

Much of the apartment opens onto a panoramic balcony overlooking the rooftops, domes, and the unique atmosphere of Trastevere. And that’s not all: by going up one more level inside the apartment, you reach a private terrace with breathtaking views over the city, perfect for enjoying an aperitif at sunset or spending magical evenings under the Roman sky.

The apartment is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully furnished, designed to offer a comfortable stay while preserving its authentic character. The living room is spacious and inviting, featuring a comfortable sofa bed, a dining table ideal for relaxed breakfasts or dinners, and a charming decorative fireplace (not usable). The double bedroom ensures peace and restful nights, while the kitchen, with beautiful city views, is fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, and washing machine. The bathroom is functional and includes a shower.

The apartment also offers air conditioning, independent heating, and high-speed Wi-Fi, all included in the price of your stay, to ensure comfort in every season and a worry-free experience.

Standard check-in: 15:00-21:00. (3pm to 9pm) Check-ins after 21:00 (9.00 pm) can be arranged for an additional cost of €50, to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Check-out: by 10:30.

Flexibility for check-in and check-out times is available, subject to apartment availability and cleaning requirements.

An extra fee of €35 will be applied for check-ins on the following dates: December 25, January 1, and Easter Sunday.

At check-in, guests must provide identification documents for all individuals staying in the apartment and sign the rental agreement.
