The space
Welcome to our Paradise.

Beautifully updated 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom home, located in the heart of Tarpon Springs, FL.
This charming house features a private pool with a perfect blend of modern amenities and serene surroundings.
Ideal for families, romantic escapes or group gateways.

Kitchen:
The stunning open-concept kitchen offers high tech Samsung appliances, beautiful granite countertops, modern cabinets, enjoying the atmosphere even while cooking.
Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking tools. Coffee maker, toaster.

3 Modern Bedrooms:
The spacious master bedroom boasts a memory king-size bed, beautifully updated bathroom, remote-controlled lighting and ceiling fan, plus a 60 inch TV.
The second bedroom is outfitted with a memory king-size bed, TV and large closet.
The third bedroom features a comfortable memory king-size bed, TV and closet.
Both the second and third bedroom shared a newly renovated bathroom.

Outdoor Retreat:
Step into our private backyard oasis.
Relax by the stunning pool (not heated), At night, turn the pool light on to create a relaxing atmosphere.
Also offers a BBQ grill, patio furniture, lounge chairs, a dining area, floats.
Guest access
During your stay, you will have the home all to yourself. The fully fenced backyard features a private pool with outdoor shower, patio furniture and outdoor dining area.
Garage access is allowed from the interior of the house and restricted to access the washer and dryer. The rest of the garage is owner storage and out of reach to our guests. The area is secured by RING security cameras.

Check in - with smart lock door's pin code entry.
Other things to note
Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.

Security cameras:
The property features Ring security cameras. All security cameras are positioned on the exterior and do not monitor any interior spaces.

Pet Policy:
We love animals, but pets are not allowed in the property to maintain a clean and allergen free environment. Any violation to this rule will result in an additional $500 cleaning fee.

It is absolutely prohibited to smoke inside the house. .

Outdoor smoking:
Any outdoor smoking must be cleaned up afterward. Please use designated smoking areas and dispose of waste properly.

We do not allow hosting parties.

Florida nature:
Florida is a tropical climate, therefore all doors and windows in the property must remain closed at all times to keep out unwanted bugs and pests away from the property and for your personal safety.

Unregistered guests will incur an additional fee.

Violation fee:
A fee $500 will be charged for each violation to any of the above rules.
