Peaceful 3 bedroom Gulf Getaway

Come unwind in this truly peaceful 3 bedroom 2 bath which includes a saltwater pool and hot tub. Envision cooling off during the day in the pool and ending your days in the hot tub. Enjoying your days under the lanai with a drink in hand is exactly what you need.
For cooler months enjoy the option to add the poil heater for $45/day. Pool will be heated to 80 degrees. *note - if the air temp dips below 50 degrees the pool heater will automatically shut off.
*use the grill as you please, but please notify me when a bottle is getting low or empty so i can have it refilled for the next guests.
*guests swim and use the hot tub at their own risk*

No Parties or Pets When bringing children, please know there is no gate by the pool. Guests swim and use the spa at their own risk.

Trash Days are Monday morning and Thursday Morning, in order to help in keeping our home clean we ask you to put the cans out the night before

When using the grill, notify me if a tank is getting low so I can have one delivered asap. We never want a guest arriving to low tanks

Memorial Weekend Wedding Trip

We were visiting the area for a friend's wedding, where my husband was the best man. This house was perfect for us. Very clean and comfortable, plenty of space. The pool was great, perfect for dips in between gatherings with family and friends. We were very happy here.

Great stay

My dad and I were visiting our Florida family and this house had the perfect location for that. Well appointed and very clean. Quiet, safe neighborhood. This is probably a “me thing” (and not something to reduce a star rating) but we wished it was darker as we slept (pool lights and front porch lights stayed on) and I wish the fridge was colder. All in all, it was lovely!

Comfortable spot for us

My sister, my 9-year old and I stayed here for 3 nights while visiting an elderly relative who lives in the area. We felt safe in this neighborhood, we enjoyed the pool at the end of each day and the kitchen had everything we needed. We found some beach chairs and a small cooler in the garage that we used at the beach one day.Elizabeth was very kind and accommodating, I can't ask for much more.

Loved the pool and new appliances. The bathrooms were nice also. The view out the back very pretty with many different birds.

Peaceful location

Nice neighborhood area close to grocery, restaurants, big box stores. Stayed in January with temps in 50s and still able to get in heated pool. Hot tub was fantastic. Nice screened in outdoor area. Kitchen decently stocked. Plenty of towels and basic soaps/toiletries.

2024 Family Vacation

Perfect place to stay with the whole family. Large enough for each couple to have their own rooms and still be able to sit together for dinners. We would definitely visit again.

Great house

We were in town for work and the home was beautiful with an amazing pool/hot tub. Showers were really over the top incredible and the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommend.

Paradise

This house is a perfect place to stay with family or friends. Very spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a stunning back yard. Elizabeth was very attentive during the entire stay and even sent a handyman (the same day) over to fix a faulty knob we noticed while we were there. Would definitely stay here again!!

Peaceful Property on the Preserve

The neighborhood is a quiet area with this property offering a great view of the preserve. Everything was completely updated including both the decor and the appliances. The host was very prompt and courteous with any questions we had.

House is awesome!!!! did have had a few hip cups.... a light wouldn't turn off in a bedroom , and the hot tub was broken but will definitely stay again.... had alot of beach towels for the pool and a lot for the bathrooms also , the beds were comfy.... the host was always very responsive, love that for sure when there was issues.... az

Super awesome beautiful home with everything you need!

This vaca house is simply perfection! It is on the edge of a nice/very quiet neighborhood, backs up to a lagoon and has so many amenities that are not even advertised in the original listing! The way that the family/shared area is in the center of this house makes it a instant home away from home. Everything here is so spacious, clean and comfortable (especially the beds and bedding). The pool illuminates in many beautiful colors, there are allot of toys, floats, beach towels, on demand hot water, fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook including a regular coffee pot, and last but not least a awesome host! If you are considering this area, this is simply an amazing place to stay! It is less then 10 minutes to a ton of stores and restaurants and not far from great places to visit. Here are some family friendly suggestions if you would like- Sams beach bar for the best food, spongorama cruise lines to see dolphins and o visit a island full of large shells, sand key beach for clear water and small shells and honeymoon island for a huge beach with small shells and the best sunset. Hope this all helps

Mother / Daughter get away

I recently stayed at this property with my sister and mom to celebrate my mom’s 80th birthday. While the house had some great qualities, we ran into several issues that made the trip less than ideal. Pros:The house is charming, with a cozy layout and plenty of space. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Split ranch design, with two bedrooms on one side and the master on the other. The appliances were nice and worked well, making cooking and time at the house enjoyable.The owner was very responsive to messages before and during our stay, which we appreciated.Cons: We encountered maintenance issues. The shower head in the guest bathroom didn’t stay up, so we had to hold it while washing our hair. The owner said the issue was reported before but wasn’t fixed before our stay.The toilet in the same bathroom didn’t flush fully, which I also notified the owner about. I asked about pool floats in advance, and the owner assured me there were several. However, we found deflated toys with no air pump, and the owner was unsure if there was one. On one of the warmest days, a pool maintenance man arrived unexpectedly at 1 pm. He said he was just checking the water but then told us we couldn’t swim for 40 minutes due to acid being added to the pool. The owner explained the pool guy usually comes on Thursdays, but it was Monday. We also got bug bites, likely from no-see-ums, attracted to dead vegetation and water. While the house is cute, the inconveniences took precious time away from us
