The house was perfect in every way. We especially enjoyed the open floor plan. The owners are great and respond immediately to any issues. We will go again!
Close to the Anclote Park boat ramp and great fishing areas. Pool was nice to relax in after a day of fishing. The sponge docks with plenty of good restaurants just a few minutes down the road. Will stay here again!
This property and house are absolutely beautiful. The decor is outstanding, inside and outside. The pool is great and all the outside games provided are fun.
We were here to scallop, and had our limit within an hour and a half. There is room in the driveway for two boat trailers plus cars. This was the perfect place for us, and we hope to come back.
We really enjoyed the waterfront house for our group go boating. The house is clean and pretty, well stocked, and hosts are responsive, Our 23â center console had trouble in the shallow spots of the canal during low tide only. Smaller boats or just navigating it during higher tides is fine though!
We were a party of six (three couples) staying three nights to enjoy some island hopping on our boat for Memorial Day weekend. The canal and channel getting out into the Gulf is a bit tricky (shallow & rocky), not really possible at low tide unless you have a flats boat or similar, but Marco conveyed all of that to us beforehand and was very helpful with tips on which side of the channel to stay on, also sending us maps and area information.
The home itself was perfect for the six of us. The twin beds in one of the rooms was not ideal for a couple to sleep on, but we made it work. The interior was decorated so nice with a beach theme and we had everything we needed to cook a few meals, wash a load of clothes and sit either on the dock or in the screened porch after getting back from a day on the water. Marco & Lisa really have tried to think of everything to make your stay enjoyable.
I will say as a bit of additional information, we typically bring two boats when we come this way and another couple joins us, so I caution you, that the dockage would not allow for that, even though the house could accommodate the extra people. The parking for two boat trailers would not be a problem though, since the driveway has plenty of room.
With that said, we were very pleased with this home/location and wouldnât hesitate to come back or recommend to others.
Thank you, Marco & Lisa, for the opportunity to stay at your place and such great communication throughout.
We fell in love with this home when we came across it and decided to share it with other families that love the outdoors and enjoy kayaking, boating, and spending time island hopping Anclote Key, Three Rooker, Caladesi Island during spring & Summer
