We do our absolute best to accommodate guests with an incredible home and service. Which is why we have such great reviews. We understand things in the home break from normal use and we do not charge for this. The last thing we do is nickel and dime guests on fees under $100. However, if a guest causes significant damages or interrupts other guests check in / check out times, we do charge in the following circumstances. Please note 99% of our guests are respectful and do not incur fines.
- Clogged sewage in need of plumber: $250 (in most cases)
- Unapproved late check out: $250 per hour
- Unapproved guests beyond the listing max: $100 per day, per guest
- Unapproved pets: $100 per day, per pet
- Smoking in the home: $500
- Significant damage in home caused by guest: price varies

LIABILITY
All guests staying at the property understand that use of this rental property in Pompano Beach, Florida 33060 is at your own risk. The guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the host & owner against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire home, outdoor spaces, heated pool, whirlpool, dock, and all amenities. One closet, and two cabinets are unavaliable they used for storage.

Quiet Hours:
Out of respect for our neighbors, we ask that noise levels be kept low after 9:00 PM. This allows everyone to enjoy the peaceful waterfront setting.
