Ce magnifique et très privé, 4 chambres / 2 salles de bains maison avec personnalisé piscine chauffée et spa est situé à seulement 13 minutes de l'océan Atlantique dans le quartier Pompano Beach, près de Coral Springs et Coconut Creek.

La propriété offre 2250 sq. Ft. Sous air et 3800 jardin totalement clôturé avec toute la partie arrière de la maison donnant sur la piscine chauffée personnalisée piscine, jacuzzi, et palmiers. Profitez des nombreuses commodités, y compris une cuisine équipée, buanderie entièrement mis à jour, trois - voiture allée privée, Wi-Fi, les appels téléphoniques locaux gratuits, et matériel de plage fourni.

Le salon est très spacieux et offre deux canapés en cuir, un canapé contemporain en tissu, deux fauteuils, quatre tables basses et 52 "télévision LCD. Il y a aussi une petite zone, à côté de la double porte française donnant sur le jardin, meublé d'un canapé-lit futon en cuir, une lampe de lecture, et un miroir.

La suite principale dispose d'un lit king size, le bain a une thérapeutique des jets de massage douche, meuble-lavabo double et un grand placard. Les autres chambres ont des lits queen size et tous ont un téléviseur LCD, toutes avec télévision par câble. meubles magnifiques dans toute la maison, y compris une grande table rectangulaire de salle à manger pouvant accueillir huit confortablement.

Toutes les nouvelles mises à jour l'éclairage et carreaux de porcelaine à travers des rendez-vous en marbre dans la salle à manger et la deuxième salle de bain. La cour arrière entièrement clôturé dispose d'une piscine chauffée, un jacuzzi pour 6, built-in et barbecue à gaz barbecue, beaucoup de palmiers et la maison est PET FRIENDLY !!!!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home! Our kids (ages 4 and 6) had an amazing time enjoying the pool and hot tub, which was a highlight of the trip. We visited in January and were lucky to have beautiful weather the entire time. The four-bedroom house was very spacious and comfortable, giving everyone plenty of room. The location was perfect—close to Pompano Beach and all the stores we needed. The house had great amenities overall. One small suggestion is to come prepared with kitchen necessities if you plan to cook, as there were no leftover items like oil or spices. A big thank you to Veronica for her very quick and helpful responses. We would love to stay here again!

Kitchen is well-stocked with cookware, utensils, and dishware. Fully meets the description of the property in reality and is an exceptional venue for vacationing. My very busy cousins live in the neighborhood and we finally got to spend some time catching up and dining at the property.

Amazing home

It was for 6 nights and everything was amazing from the home to the yard with an amazing pool this 4 bed 2 bath home was exactly what was needed for a nice vacation from the city life style of Philadelphia PA it was close to everything and short rides to beaches and mall and only an hour away from Miami We will be back again and hope this home will be available! It was supposed to have been 4 adults but 2 had to cancel but no matter it was perfect for our needs

Tropical Paradise

This is indeed a Tropical Paradise. The property is surrounded with palm trees and is carefully landscaped. The house had a good layout for a family or large group. It is nicely decorated and well maintained. The heated salt water pool (and spa) is a wonderful place to escape to for a relaxing holiday. The owner always responds quickly and is very pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Another great week in Margate!

This was our second time staying! We didn’t need to look around for another house because we remembered the amazing time we had when we first stayed in April 2022. Communication with the host was good and we had no issues during our stay. Everything was perfect.

We loved this property! The backyard and pool and spa were wonderful. We had an awesome week in a beautiful house with everything we needed. The owner responded quickly when we had any questions. Our six adults and one dog had plenty of room. Would recommend this house for a week of relaxation.

This property was perfect for me & my sisters to spend time together. Lovely pool & spa, quiet neighbourhood, close to restaurants. This was my first experience with booking with VRBO & I had lots of questions. The host was quick to respond & very helpful. My only suggestion is for them to leave a more detailed instructions regarding using the spa & update instructions on fridge (ie fridge states take food out, set temp to 75. Email instructions state take food out and set to 75). Overall would absolutely recommend & stay again!

This property is amazing!! The whole house is beautiful and you’ll have everything you need to make a Fantastic dinner with dessert too! The pool and spa was absolutely relaxing especially at night under the stars and tranquil neighborhood. Will definitely try to book this property again when coming to Beautiful Florida. Did I mention there’s a Starbucks right down the street 😀

Beautiful house. Upgraded electrical products especially in the bathroom. Inside very clean and nice separate rooms. As we are new to Vrbo they were missing a few things. Like garbage bags but our fault for not contacting the owner.

Warm week at this oasis

It was fantastic. The pool, hot tub and patio gave us exactly what we needed for a week of warm escape from the bortheast. The outside is nicer than the pics, if you can imagine, as the pics are great! And the inside was perfect for our two families of 4. TVs in each room and new and fresh furnishings. It was also a great home base in between the beach and the everglades. Finally, the few questions I had for the owners were answered quickly and clearly. Highly recommend!

A Tropical Paradise Indeed!

We had a fabulous time at this VRBO house. We were very impressed with the level of care and thoughtfulness put into preparing this property. It is in very good condition, with all the high end amenities a family would need. We especially enjoyed the back yard with the heated pool and spa, lots of space in the sun, or in the shade - the awnings are a nice touch. The owner replied to my queries promptly, and helped to accommodate our unexpected change of plans when we first booked. The maintenance manager was very helpful and answered my few queries promptly, and solved any issues , which were minor, quickly. Our family had a wonderful time!

Relaxing

Very nice property with a beautiful backyard. Very clean and organized. Beds were comfortable. Everything you needed as far as amenities. Pool and spa were exceptional. Very nice location. Close to a lot of stores, restaurants and casino. Closest beach was about 25-30 minutes away. Had a few issues with the heating of the pool and spa but the owners fix that promptly. Mostly what we were doing wrong. If I had anything to add as far as a constructive criticism it would be that there were better instructions on how to control the spa. Would definitely stay here again for sure. It was only my wife and I but would love to bring the rest of our family some day. Plenty of space.

Beautiful Pool

This was a lovely getaway, where we all spent most of our time in the backyard by the pool! Very relaxing atmosphere, very clean and practical for guests during our Florida getaway. My one and only downvote is the spa/hot-tub. If you want a hot-tub when looking for a get away, the experience at the end of your day is of great anticipation. Typically the temp is at minimum 102 degrees for the experience to be fulfilling. This was not the case unfortunately. Every evening we had to contact the owners to turn on the heater due to the controls not consistently working, and then wait 45 minutes before reaching the max of 97 degrees. This is the only reason for a 4 star, rather than a full 5. Having said that, the owners were very helpful every evening with assisting us to get it working, so the communication was always there! It was just a bit frustrating to go through this every night.

5 Star Resort Home

This home exceeds its advertising. The host is super attentive. Communication is easy and excellent. This home and property were very clean. The home is roomier than we expected. This home is totally equipped with everything you need to live daily life in and to vacation from. By far the best equipped home we've ever stayed at. Landscaping is awesome and at a 5 star resort quality. The home is totally ammenitized and newly remodeled. The cascading waterfall is relaxing to hear as you work or relax in the home or by the pool. The rear patio is fully furnished with a large table for dining, a sofa and love seat area and a chase lounge area for sunning. Awnings provide extra shade for the table and sofa area. The sunsets seen through the rear yard palm trees are awesome. This home and our experience with the house and the host was a 12 on a scale of 1 to 10.
