Villa Mestral in Cala D'or

Beautiful and ample villa with 4 bedrooms en-suite and in walking distance to the beaches of Cala d'Or. Villa Mestral is a fully renovated holiday home with a large pool and several terraces. Modern interiors and sunny rooms.

Villa Mestral is located in a quiet residential area between Cala Esmeralda and Cala Gran. The beaches are within a short walking distance. The pedestrian zone and the centre of Cala d'Or with shops, restaurants and bars are only a five minutes stroll away. The different areas of Cala d'Or are connected by a free tourist train. The village on the Southeast coast offers a lot of variety, 7 beaches, sports facilities, a pedestrian zone with shops and restaurants and an elegant yacht harbour. The genuine fishermen's village of Porto Petro is in about 10 minutes distance by car and within five more minutes one arrives in Cala Mondrago with its fine sandy beaches and turquoise waters.

Villa Mestral is a modern holiday home, which has been tastefully furnished to very high standards. On the ground floor there is an open-plan living/dining area with a fully-fitted, modern kitchen. Two bedrooms, both with bathrooms en-suite, area also on the ground floor. The first floor offers two more bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, a double bed and a bathroom en-suite as well as a private terrace with sea views. The fourth bedroom is fitted with twin beds and has also a modern bathroom en-suite.

Villa Mestral offers a nice garden with a large pool and several covered terraces, one of which is fitted with lounge furniture, the other one with a dining table. There is also a portable BBQ-grill.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request. Second cot/highchair on request.
No pets please.
On arrival a credit card, which needs to be indicated beforehand, will be charged with a deposit of 300 €. After departure, and once the house has been checked and approved by house keeping, the deposit will be refunded accordingly.

Minimum stay is one week. Individual days can be added.
Final cleaning is included in price.
For a stay of 2 weeks a linen change, towel change and a light cleaning are included in the price.
