The Oak studded door opens into the living room of Finca Son Amer with a honey covered leather 3 piece suite clustered around the stone hearth of the fireplace, Satellite TV, DVD and CD music system. An inner arch leads into the very delightful lounge with feature iron table and chairs. The large fully fitted kitchen has dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, marble work top and 5 burner gas oven/hob and side door to a sun terrace. The unique dining room has solid oak table with matching chairs and direct access to the front terrace. One majestic twin bedroom has en-suite shower room and doorway to the garden terrace. A further quiet seating area has stairs leading up to an open plan double bedroom with en-suite shower room. Guests cloakroom and separate utility room with the washing machine.
Upstairs is the magnificent master bedroom with two double beds, walk in wardrobes, full en-suite shower room with heated towel rail, sitting area, pine strip flooring and direct access to the private upper sun terrace with views across fields to distant mountains. One pleasantly furnished double bedroom has feature en-suite bathtub/shower with heated towel rail.
The accommodation is presented in first class condition and benefits further from the mellow, cooling terracotta tiles used throughout the house. with many original wooden beams. Many unique individual features and local artefacts, all create a rustic enchantment of a bygone age that is purely Mallorca, - colourful hand painted ceramics, vaulted ceilings, coved lighting and full use of natural light.
AIR CONDITIONING IN ALL BEDROOMS. Many bedrooms also have ceiling or `free standing` cooling fans.
Adjoining the main house is the ANNEXE with recently upgraded accommodation and offers; Lounge with seating area, two bedrooms, one double and one twin, with each en-suite shower room.Two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) with (AIR CONDITIONING) share an adjacent full bath/shower room. Living room with feature fireplace, 3 piece suite and simple kitchen area. This annexe is ideal for Grandparents, teenagers or aupair/nanny.

One very special feature of Finca Son Amer is the BBQ - the best we have seen. Set across from the main house this attractive open sided casita is purpose built for summer living and charmingly furnished with cushioned bamboo seats, reclining sun loungers and covered or poolside dining areas with music system, kitchen area with chilled drinks fridge, dishwasher, hob and shower/wc. The beautiful crystal blue swimming pool is surrounded by well-kept, good sized lawns with plenty of space for children to safely play. This is an ideal area for evening cocktails and admiring the views to the hilltop San Salvador monastery. The grounds surrounding the house have cobbled terraces (one with a mature Lladroner tree providing welcome shade) floodlit gardens, quiet shaded seating areas ideal for reading, productive fruit/vegetable garden where the very friendly gardener will be delighted to offer you the seasonal produce including, peaches, oranges, kaki, melons, peppers, aubergines, courgettes, tomatoes, lettuce. For walkers and bird watchers - the open countryside awaits.

The duplex bedroom in the main house has a small living room with a simple sofa bed to accommodate two children up to 14 years (on request).

Minimum stay is one week.
Change of towels once for all stays of a minimum of 9 nights. For stays of 14 days or longer, there is one change of bed linen included as well as a small cleaning.
A deposit of 500 € is requested per bank transfer before arrival. It will be returned after approval from the owner within 48 hours of departure.
