Cette maison est parfaitement décorée et aménagée de façon professionnelle avec un ascenseur, des comptoirs en granit et en quartz, des planchers de bois franc et bien plus encore. Les plafonds des plateaux, les portes intérieures lambrissées et les moulures couronnées accentuent l'intérieur de cette maison de plage en parfait état. Chaque chambre a sa propre salle de bain et trois disposent d'énormes douches carrelées de plain-pied. Cette maison offre un garage pour deux voitures et trois patios couverts avec le patio au dernier étage offrant des levers de soleil spectaculaires qui est l'endroit parfait pour votre café du matin. Amazing Beach House

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was perfect. It’s very comfortable. There were six adults in the group. The close access to the beach was ideal. The location was also near lots of restaurants and activities. I used the Peloton bike every morning. The kitchen was more than adequate for the times we cooked our meals.

Property was great. However there was trash in the trashcan, kitchen floor was dirty, microwave handle was broken, shower liners was filthy, garage is not made for cars (scrubs bottom of car), pull out couch mattress was filthy, lots of stains on furniture and carpet. Refrigerator still had plastic and tape on the inside. Great location for beach go-ers!

Great stay for Baseball Families

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were in South Carolina for a baseball tournament and shared the home with another family. It was the perfect amount of space for eight people with plenty of bathrooms and comfortable sleeping arrangements. The walk to the beach was two minutes and so convenient. Other families from the team rented in the same neighborhood and the kids were able to go out and play together. It was amazing.

Very nice but aging.TV was horrible.stations limited. Took 14 year old to find anything. I am 77 have BS and 3 master degrees Im not stupid. Could not watch baseball HRDerb or all star game.Property did not have a nice barbeque .The Pelatone needed a subscription. The basement room had roaches.. These issues made the place way less than first class.as priced. I will not stay their again

Wonderful, beautiful property. The elevator was a huge plus with suitcases and groceries. Wish there had been seasonings and a few trash bags but otherwise everything was perfect. Very short walk to the beach.

Bed Bugs

Where do I even begin?Upon checking in, we were immediately hit with a strong, unpleasant smell of garbage. Unlike the neighboring properties that stored their trash bins outside, this property kept full, reeking bins inside a sweltering garage. We moved the cans outside and aired out the home for several hours. It wasn’t a dealbreaker—just an annoying and unnecessary start. I notified Luxury Beach Rentals, the property manager, as a courtesy.But the real problem? Bed bugs.Each morning, I woke up with a few more bites. At first, I assumed they were mosquito bites or maybe even a heat rash. I Googled how to check for bed bugs but didn’t find anything conclusive—just a few specks of blood on the sheets. It wasn’t until the seventh day that I woke up absolutely covered in bites, clearly having an allergic reaction. My skin was inflamed, and I was miserable.I immediately contacted the property manager via email, text, and phone. They sent someone out, and shortly after, confirmed what I already suspected: a bed bug infestation. They told me nothing could be done until we vacated the property, and offered not to charge me for the final two nights if I chose to leave. But we didn’t want to risk carrying bed bugs to another rental—and passing that nightmare on to someone else.So, I moved a mattress from a bunk bed and slept on the basement floor for the remainder of our stay. I was itchy, uncomfortable, and disgusted. My room was the only one affected, but understandably, no on

Family time

House was very nice. Mater bathroom shower was wonderful. Was disappointed that we couldn’t get in at check in time of 4 pm. The cleaning crew was still working. So didn’t get in until 5:30. And the outside trash was overflowing. Luckily we didn’t have much trash. But did enjoy ourselves.

Veterans Trip

After making my final payment I never received any communication via email or text prior to check in day. I sent some unanswered messages via the website. I called the host on the day of check in and had to leave a message. I received a call back 30 mins later and was told an email or text would be sent. I also requested early check in and was also told an answer would be text or emailed. 1 hour before my normally scheduled check in, I still had no reply. I had to call and leave another voice message to get a call back and finally received my entry code. They had failed to send me a contract to sign.

Family Trip

Met up with my husbands nephew and his family. The house was perfect for two families. The only issue we had was under the beds could have been cleaned better. Having a toddler, they find everything. Other than that, it was perfect.

Great Stay but

Professionally decorated and comfortable house. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Very convenient location, close to beach, grocery store and restaurants. Management company was responsive in addressing a couple of issues. Having an elevator was convenient. Great stay except kitchen was inadequate. Minimum amount of dishes and glassware. Cuttery and cookware need to be replaced.

Full of dust

The area is perfect but that house has tons of dust all over the house, a lot of fake plants that keep dust, old furniture, nothing in the kitchen works, not even the faucet, definitely there ara more houses in that neighborhood that you can rent but not this one.

My siblings loved every asp Ft of it. The location is literally an 8 minute walk from the beach. Also, I love the house and want to stay again, but there need to be some things addressed; no one has addressed the maintenance request for the kitchen sink slow running water, the rugs throughout the house really need to be cleaned you can tell an animal has been here, food is splashed on the kitchen blinds, shower curtains throughout are awful (mildew) and should be replaced not cleaned, and consider adding a knife sharpener or replaced the cutting knives.

Nice Place

Location is great. House is spacious. Some of the rugs and furniture are a bit dated but overall, its a wonderful place. Kitchen is spacious and has everything you need except a can opener. The one there wasn't very useful. The climate system works great. The elevator is a nice touch. Especially for transporting luggage and groceries. Overall, I would recommend staying here

I love that it had an elevator because I had a stroke and can’t walk up stairs and we brought along a 92 years old grandmother who was able to use the elevator and didn’t have to stay on one floor. Only had one issue trying to cut on the TV’s but we figured it out.

Dust

The items located on top of cabinets and on dressers and TV’s were really dusty. I was sneezing the whole entire time, Water pressure in the kitchen was really low and it took forever to fill up pots to cook in.
