Good location

This property is in a great location for beach, entertainment and restaurants. The parking situation is a bit marginal, as there is not assigned parking for each house. There is parking next to other units but sometimes a distance from the house. The manager was great to work with, and provided restaurant recommendations and was very responsive.

Excellent stay

My family/friends and I had a great time at Nick’s Vrbo. The close access to the beach and attractions was also a major plus. We had one plumbing issue that was addressed promptly, without any problems. The home was clean and looked the same as it did online. Would definitely stay here again. Oh yes, Nick also allowed us to extend our check out time, major plus!!

The property was amazing! It was clean, felt like home, and was spacious! Kitchen had dishes, glasses, mugs, utensils, pots pans, dish/ hand soaps, pod for dishwasher, garbage bag for trash. I stayed in the double queen master and the beds were incredibly comfortable. (Would buy the bed/bedding for my own house if I new the brands) The bathrooms offered a variety for access of all ages… higher tub/shower to step into on the main floor, average tub/shower in the upstairs hallway and a walk-in shower in the double master (also double sink/vanity) The property owners even went above and beyond! There was micellar water and little disposable makeup removal cloths. Towels were set on each bed with hand towel and wash cloth for each guest. There was a washer and dryer upstairs ( note the handle seems locked but they just don’t turn) The neighborhood was cute and safe. Went on a few walks to enjoy the beautiful weather.Short drive or uber to broadway at the beach or the actual beach. Truly no complaints at this property and would definitely book again!

My stay

Clean house, excellent location, comfortable beds. Had 1 small problem with a toilet that kept running. Called the property owner he had his handy man there in less then an hour and fixed the problem

Great place

Wonderfully laid out home for our family of 6 plus dog. Location was 1.5 miles from the beach—easy walk and close to broadway on the boardwalk. The kitchen was well stocked and had a full spice rack, coffee filters and even coffee!!!

Little amenities

The vrbo was very clean. Kitchen was lacking- no dish rags or towels, not enough paper towels, a couple of the pans were dirty and most of them needed replacing, no foil or Saran Wrap. There was nothing to bake cornbread in- we had to use a large baking sheet. We ran out of toilet paper and had to send my husband out after 10 pm.

Perfect Vacay Spot

The house was perfect for our stay and very roomie for our extended family. It was very clean and had everything we needed. A nice, quiet location away from the hustle and bustle but still a short drive to everything. Would definitely recommend this VRBO for your stay.

Fantastic Stay in the heart of it all

We recently stayed at this beach house, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better—it’s centrally situated, making it easy to get to everything we needed, from shops and restaurants to beach activities. Clean and Roomy

Nick's place was the perfect option for a buddies golf trip. The neighborhood was quiet and the house had four great bedrooms and a comfortable living room. Minutes to anything you may need. Nick was communicative and made sure our stay met expectations. Would definitely consider this central location for another trip.

Beautiful home

This home had more than enough room for our group for the week! We reserved this particular home for the bed sizes and the benefit of the first floor bedroom. It was close to everything we needed. We were in town to work on a condo we just purchased and family came along to help. At the end of a long day we were able to come back and relax for the evening. If you are vacationing this home is so close to Broadway at the Beach and Myrtle Waves. You will enjoy this home for your Myrtle trip! It has a washer and dryer, plenty of towels, TVs is all of the bedrooms and lots of space!

Perfectocation

This VRBO was more than adequate for our extended family Christmas/New Year's. The place was very clean, well equipped. And roomy with great TVs to watch college football. Perfect location to a food lion as well as restaurants and golf. Will book again if we are in the area.

This is a beautiful home in a new neighborhood.It offered my family and I ample space and amenities for our vacation. We had excellent and prompt response with the host . Great place for a large family

Property was clean, in a safe neighborhood and well equipped.Close to Broadway at the beach and a short drive to the beach. Check-in could not have been easier. I stayed here with all of my children and grandchildren. It was perfect for our needs.
