This home specializes in family fun which comes complete with games and a smart TV that allows streaming with all your favorite apps (Netflix, Apple TV, Youtube, etc)!!!

From the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable, beach inspired living room, to the four stylish bedrooms, this home has everything you will need. Your family will be steps away from the beach and the boardwalk! So whether you want a nice relaxing day on the sand or an entertainment filled day on the boardwalk, there’s something for everyone.


KITCHEN/DINING
Our fully stocked stainless steel kitchen has everything you will need to make endless delicious meals. From your basics such as; utensils, plates, cups, pots and pans to specialty items such as; a blender, food mixer, toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker and cutting boards, you will have everything you could ever need!


BEDROOMS:
☀ Bedroom 1: A serene master retreat with a luxurious KING bed and ensuite with shower/tub.
☀ Bedroom 2: A tranquil, beach inspired room with a comfortable queen bed sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub.
☀ Bedroom 3: A peaceful, beach inspired room with a queen bed sharing a bathroom with a shower/tub.
☀ Bedroom 4: “The ultimate fun room for children! A bunk bed with a twin and a trundle bed underneath and TV with streaming for fun!


OUTDOOR AREA:
Our outdoor area provides a spacious bench and table, perfect for family meals out in the cool ocean breeze.



GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have access to this entire luxury home, as well as the outdoor space!


TV/STREAMING
The living room, kids room and master bedroom in our home have a Smart TV that you can access to stream all of your favorite apps, such as NetFlix, Amazon TV, Apple TV, Youtube, etc. Please make sure to bring all of your login credentials for your entertainment pleasure. We do not provide cable TV.


PET-FRIENDLY
We love to provide a welcoming place for your family pet. We accept all pets as long as we are notified in advance and a non-refundable pet fee of $150 is received. The pet fee will cover up to 2 pets for the duration of your stay with us. We do request that all pets are not allowed on beds and furniture, this will help to avoid any additional cleaning fees. In addition, all pet waste must be disposed of promptly in the garbage cans outside.


NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We ask all guests to please treat our home as their own. Parties and events are not allowed in our home. If any guests are found to be hosting a party or event, all guests will be evicted from the home and no refund will be given.


SMOKING/VAPING INSIDE
Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside of the home. If any evidence of smoking or vaping is found, extra cleaning fees will be charged to remove the odor from fabrics, air ducts and furniture.


OCCUPANCY
The maximum house occupancy is 10. If we discover you have went over the maximum house occupancy, you will be charged an additional $100 per day, per guest.
