The only real complaint we had was the downstairs bed was SO uncomfortable. I think like almost broken, because when 2 people laid in it, you sink towards the middle. Sleeping on it for 4 nights my hips hurt incredibly bad. The house was super close to a private beach entrance. Quiet neighborhood.

Enjoyed the place tremendously. The only negative was the king size bed mattress is terrible as it has no support and you roll to the middle. The rest of the beds were very comfortable and the accommodations were spot on.

Being close to the beach was nice and for the price the house was great. Carpet was a little stained and there were some kitchen items that it would have been nice to have but overall we enjoyed our stay and the host was quick to respond. Our check in had to be moved later due to cleaner shortage but they did give me a small credit for that. It would have been nice for no AC to be listed, even though AC isn’t listed, I come from an area where no AC isn’t an option so I didn’t even think to make sure it had it. A disclaimer would be nice.

Location is good- we took this place due to king size bed-the mattress was so bad that we had to move to the queen up stairs -the carpets really need replaced-putting out area rugs helped but they curl and is a safety hazard-there is mold along the caulking on tub/kitchen was great but the stick pot someone burnt something in it and needs replaced as well as the tea kettle has rust in it. The yard has not been mowed in who knows how long!

Excellent house on Nedona beach. Clean, close to beach/trails, well stocked kitchen and great wifi. There is even a small desk available. This place was great for four adults.

Great house location with all the things you need

This house was great, very nice and clean. They also had so many things you need when on vacation in terms of kitchen gear. The backyard fire pit was also nice.

Quiet neighborhood walking distance to the beach

We had a very relaxing vacation with our son, daughter in law and their new baby. We walked along the beach every morning and cooked most meals at the house. We would definitely stay their again.

Nice place that has seen some use, but not too bad. Great access to hiking trails. Secluded neighborhood, quiet and private. Worth a return visit.

We had a great time at the beach. Our house had everything we needed and the barbecue came in handy! It was a great location, close to all our activities and on a quiet dead end street.

Cozy house in Nedonna beach

The house met all expectations except that there were numerous stains on the carpet (I guess that is due to pets being allowed?), and I found that a little disappointing. Only 2 bedrooms. Location was great!

Not quite what was pictured

Property in great location and only about a 5 minute walk to beach. However, the house was pretty well used and abused. Holes and stains on carpet, windows that wouldn’t lock all the way or stay open, downstairs shower leaks, lots of chipped paint and what looks to be water damage. The house also had a musty smell to it.

everything for a perfect stay

The house was like being able to stay in a model home yet it also contained all the necessities like anything you need to cook and eat in and even have fun at home with games and a lovely big screen tv with internet and Roku so we could watch so many movies if we felt like it. The beautiful beach was only a few blocks straight up the road and directly across the street was a forest and wetland with public trails.
