Though quaint which means in need of paint, linoleum and carpeting, the location is as advertised. The house is exactly on the beach with direct access for the nimble. Appliances are new and the rooms are bright. We enjoyed ourselves and I would consider renting it again b

I don’t usually write reviews. I love a quirky, old, charming, even rundown place. But this was not clean. The pots and pans in the cupboard were sticky with old grease. The baseboards were dirty with grime and dust. And the shower curtain bottom was stained with mold and discoloration. I would recommend the property management correct those things before you go.

This adorable beach house was perfect! It was so conveniently located to the beach. The view was breathtaking! We brought 2 dogs and it was very accommodating for them as well. They were very happy. The house was cozy and clean, and met all our needs. We would definitely return again.

This charming little house is incredibly cozy and well-equipped. The host was always available to answer any questions we had. It’s an excellent value for the money. We were four senior women, and each of us had our own comfortable sleeping space. The kitchen was modern and had a new refrigerator and range. We used the oven, and it worked perfectly. The view is stunning, offering a full view of the waves crashing on the beach.

Lovely location in nice accessible town. Rooms were clean, kitchen well stocked. Beds comfortable. HVAC equipment, door locks, smoke detectors all faulty operation. Small space heaters, thankfully available, kept us reasonably comfortable. Location hard to beat so if amenities secondary a nice place.

There was No primary heat source, The toilet did not flush consistently, there was no readily available beach access, the floors were damaged creating a hazard. The wifi was out half the time, the furniture was dirty, the bedding was stained.

My husband and i really enjoyed our stay. The home is located right on the ocean and the view is amazing. We loved the deck with heavy table and chairs. Bring your own umbrella. I wish property provided a stand for umbrella under table. The kitchen was well stocked and the coffee pot worked which for us is the most important appliance. The queen bed was comfortable and cozy. They provided a space heater and we used one in the morning and it heated the entire kitchen and living room. The furnishings were comfortable. The flooring is dated but everything was very clean and it didn't smell like animals. They do allow pets there so i was a little worried. We were very happy with our stay and i would highly recommend this home to a couple. Its really had all the essentials for a wonderful beach holiday.

The location had everything we wanted. It was right on the beach, in a quiet area, and plenty of room for the 2 of us. It was perfect for our 3 day getaway.
