The Space:

Complete with a baby grand piano and the beach nearby, everyone in your group will be able to find great ways to enjoy their vacation at Sea Mist, a Rockaway Beach oceanfront home. You'll enjoy the large open kitchen, living room, and dining area with lots of windows and a fireplace. This beach property has been owned by the same family for nearly forty years. This is the kind of place that your family will want to visit and return to over and over again. Wake up to the quiet serene sounds of only the waves, tucked away at the end of the street.



Come home from hiking local trails or after a day relaxing on the beach to the fully equipped kitchen for the chef of your group to prepare dinner. The whole group can dine with the views and serene sounds of Nedonna Beach. Before stepping into the home, you can warm up with the hot water of the outdoor shower with two shower heads, one for adults and a lower one for children or your sandy toes!



There are two bedrooms and a bunk bed with a central bathroom for lots of room and comfort. There is also a smart TV and stereo system in the living area. This is a classic beach house where you can let your hair down, relax, and spend time walking on the beach, exploring, having a beach bonfire, or sitting on the deck and dreaming. The internet in this home is high-speed and reliable for a tranquil environment while working from home.

The pictures are misleading. Makes the house look much nicer and bigger. The house is very drafting, furniture is in poor condition and the entry way is in disrepair. The home was very clean.

It is a perfect place for any beach lover! The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed the warmth of the wood burning fireplace.

Great Location but Shabby House

We loved the location on a quiet street with the beach right in your backyard. BUT the house was old and poorly maintained. The shower head was held up with packing tape and dangled at an angle that just sprayed backward at the wall. Everything was dusty and there were dirty dishes in cupboards and the bedsheets were full of hair. We might return to Rockaway Beach, but won't be staying in this house.

Great, well loved beach house

Great little house on the beach. You can get to the beach but it’s a little steep. Kitchen could use a good reorganization and some cobwebs above shower and bedroom. Shower head falls out of holder and could easily hit someone. We would definitely stay here again. Perfect for two or a small family.

Very quiet, soft bed, fall hazard just inside door (sloped/uneven floor with wrinkled very worn and ripped carpet), cracked/mildewed caulk in shower, mildewed window, piano out of tune, well-stocked kitchen, quite damaged coffee table, beach view only for tall folks standing up and squinting down the path between the dunes. Sign on microwave directs to missing users manual. Huge fireplace logs but zero kindling.

The house is not impressive but it’s not bad. Access to the beach is the reason to stay here. You don’t have super great water view from the deck but it’s a short walk. May not be accessible for people with knee or ankle problems. Biggest complaint was not being able to figure out the front door lock, they emphasize no grease down the sink and there is grease can under sink
 but no grease can under the sink. Also offer “complimentary dishwasher tablets” but the container is empty. All in all I think for a waterfront property and the price it’s a great stay.

The house is nice, a bit dated and worn but it’s nice for a weekend stay at the Coast. Enjoyed how close we were to the beach and could hear the ocean.

had a wonderful and memorable stay for our annual beach solstice celebration. The house was great and spacious, the view and location Amazing. Having the piano was such a nice bonus! Beds were super comfortable. Def would recommend.

Always enjoy this place!

This is a cozy little spot with the most amazing beach access. You can walk out the back door straight down to the beach! We love the piano, the fireplace and back deck. This was our second visit and I’m sure there will be many more to come!

My Stay at Sea Mist

We absolutely loved this house and location. It was just beautiful. The beds were comfy with lovely soft bedding. The view amazing with a huge sandy front for the dogs to play in. Loved that it was at the end of the street for quiet and privacy - I will be back!
