The condo was beautiful and everything is super close. I go every year for work and we have always chosen this property for me to go with my parents. The process was seamless and over just a clean and beautiful home.

Both bedroom window screens are torn it was very warm but couldn’t leave open ! The ceiling fans on the bedrooms and living room were filthy so I couldn’t use them because of allergies ! And would not recommend this unit on the ground floor !

What a wonderful stay! Beautiful property, easy host to communicate with, and the price was fair. The only thing I would say is the patio is located directly above the indoor pool. The views were incredible, but we could not hear the ocean due to the constant hum from the pool below us. Besides that, perfect stay!

We’re also sorry for the disruption caused by water overflowing from the neighboring unit’s hot tub and for the difficulty reaching the building’s management. Our team attempted to contact the neighboring unit’s management but was unable to reach them, as the issue originated outside our unit. We weren’t made aware of the concerns regarding the blinds, window screens, stove burner, internet service, or outside noise during your stay, and we would have welcomed the opportunity to assist had we known. We appreciate you bringing these matters to our attention and regret that your overall experience fell short of expectations.

The property was clean and in a great location. It had all of the amenities needed for a great stay at the beach. Parking was easy and everything in the unit was operational. We really enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed the place. We had issues finding the key for the hot tub but that was partly our fault. We missed that it was hanging by the patio door. We also had a hard time finding the propane for the bbq, it was tucked in beside the fridge. The dishwasher bottom rack is missing wheels on one side. Kinda a hassle loading the dishwasher. The fan in the master is very wobbly when turned on hire than low. Room was also very warm due to being above the pool. We did have every thing we needed to cook. Just a suggestion give information as to where the propane and key for hot tub. Maybe even hang the key by the hot tub instructions.

Upon arrival the unit was not cleaned properly. Kitchen floors had food debris all over. Master bedroom had very dirty pillow case. Upon outreach, the property management to send out a cleaner the next day, but I had already cleaned unit in order to feel comfortable sleeping it in that evening. As previous reviews mention, the sound of the pool directly below the unit is very loud and disrupts any peace on the patio,I’ve stayed at a lot of beach rentals and I will not be coming back to this location. I will also seek out other property rental companies that I have experienced higher quality standards from.The view is pretty.

I had to call several times regarding the ID process. I sent it twice and was not sure it was not a scam because of the confusion of ID authorization. Once I got the codes, late the morning I needed to leave, and tried to enter the property it didn't work. The instructions given were not enough. I had to seek a manager to inform me of the minor detail that is needed to utilize the code.

This condo is in a fantastic location right in front of the ocean. It is only a quick 5 minute walk down the street to access the beautiful beach. The property itself looks nice but did have a few issues. We hoped we would be able to have the back door to the patio open so we could hear the waves crashing but this particular unit is located directly above the pool and all you could hear from the balcony was the exhaust fan running 24/7. Both of the mattresses in the bedrooms are terrible and need to be replaced. The shower doors kept coming off the tracks when showering. One shower drained so slow water filled up in it, the dishwasher is missing a wheel and doesn’t roll well, the pots and pans are all Teflon coated but so old bits of Teflon were coming off into our food and the hot tub looked to be about 20 years old and just seemed kind of gross. We still had a good time on our trip to Lincoln City but I would never stay in this particular unit ever again.
