Luxury Oceanfront Townhome with Panoramic View at Proposal Rock!

Enjoy the quiet beauty of Neskowin. This small town may very well be the nicest town on the Oregon coast. Its quaint neighborhoods, 7 miles of beautiful beach and rolling hills, yummy Hawk Creek Cafe and quiet ambience all present you with a truly memorable experience. Only 8 miles south is Lincoln City where you can enjoy the outlet malls, casino, golfing, crabbing, etc. To the North just a few miles is Pacific City where you can experience sand dunes, the Pelican Brew Pub, great restaurants, shopping, etc.

Our spacious1500 square foot condo is located within one block of the beach of Neskowin, directly in front of picturesque Proposal Rock. It has a master suite with king-size bed, tub and shower in the adjoining bath, a second guest bedroom with queen-size bed, second full bath also with tub and shower, as well as a king-sized sofa sleeper in the living room. You can enjoy the large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and full-size laundry room The large deck has a panoramic view of the beach, Proposal Rock, and the rolling hills of Neskowin. What better place to relax and enjoy family, friends and a fantastic ocean view.

This condo is a short walk from the beach and also a short walk from Neskowin Market and the delicious Hawk Creek Café. You can dine in at the Cafe or order takeout and watch the sunset on the deck. Also within walking distance are two nice golf courses.

Quick beach getaway

We had a last minute opportunity to stay out at the beach and we were lucky to find this place! It was beautiful! Perfectly located with the beach just steps away and food and a shop right there as well. And a delicious ice cream truck! The house itself was way bigger than we expected! We were pleasantly surprised to walk into vaulted ceilings and an open concept. It was beautifully decorated and sparkling clean. Dan was always very communicative and we didn't have any issues. Everything was seamless and we would definitely rebook and highly recommend!

Beach House

Roomy interior and nice deck. Easy walk to the beach and the kitchen was well stocked. This is the second time I've stayed at this property and if my cousins have another gathering at their beach house in Cloverdale I would book this property again.

Great stay near beach and in quiet town

Spacious and clean apartment. Great location with views of Proposal Rock, river, and tides coming in and out. Quiet town that was relaxing to come back to after venturing up and down the coast. We'd definitely come back.

Home away from home

Dan’s place is amazing. This is our 4th time staying at his lovely home in Neskowin and I must say it always beats our expectations. The home is warm and inviting and the views are breathtaking. Our “go to” place in Neskowin.

Perfect quiet getaway

It was nice and spacious. Love the view from the deck. The place was quiet and peaceful. The majority of the house was very clean, a couple of the interior kitchen drawers could use a cleaning. The kitchen was well stocked. We will definitely be back.

Sisters Weekend

We love coming here! It is very clean, lovely ocean setting and view, and quiet. Enjoyed being away from the busyness and crowds of Lincoln City and Depoe Bay. We will definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends!

Beautiful beachfront unit to relax in

My boys and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful beach front property. The kitchen and rooms are well stocked and there are several chairs on the deck so you can enjoy the view. We will definitely rebook.

Great View - Location

An amazing view that has everything to offer nearby. The owner is quick to communicate as well. Only downside was it wasn’t properly stocked with TP/Paper Towels but we were able to squeeze by for the most part.

Fun place

My 3 daughters and I had a girls get a way! Awesome place to stay. We loved walking the beach right out our front doors. Even in the coastal rain. The place was clean and cozy. Hope to rent it again next beach trip!

Very Comfortable

Clean, perfect location, spacious layout. Beds very comfortable but pillows definitely need to be replaced. Could use more clothes hangers too. Laundry was great to have, and all other supplies and kitchen stock were great. Will rent again!
