Nice and big with plenty of room. We had so much fun down on the beach, location and view did not disappoint. Kitchen well stocked although the pots and pans could use an upgrade. Overall was super fun and memorable.

The linens had not been changed from the last guests. The downstairs master bed is broken and uncomfortable. There are no remotes for the downstairs TV and no HDMI cables to allow the upstairs TV to work. There is no logged in streaming service available. The hot tub jets are clogged.

Amazing view!!

The home is spacious and has everything needed for a big group. If your a storm viewer than there is definitely a perfect view from the living room area to sit and watch it. Carpool is definitely recommended.

Stayed here with a few friends to celebrate my birthday. Amazing view and great amenities. Close to many stores and the casino. Wonderful experience.

We had a great time staying at this property. Great spacious house and an incredible view. We enjoyed playing pool and the fuzzball table was a hit also.For the not soo wonderful parts:The Hottub wasn't cleaned, the water was murky and you could feel sand on the seats.The oven needs a good cleaning also there was oil on the bottom of the stove.For a house that sleeps 13 people that was not enough glassware for everyone.The rest was very good .

Fun family vacation

The property was clean and well maintained, plenty of space for the 12 of us (6 adults and 6 kids). It was a quick 3 minute walk to the beach (beach access was a couple of blocks down the hill), which was beautiful and spacious, and the view from the back yard was beautiful. The kids had a blast in the hot tub, playing pool, and building sand castles.

Mini vacation with family

We really enjoyed the view every morning. The pool table was a hit for the teenagers. Location was great. I love how the house had things for the beach such as sand buckets, chairs, etc. Then to sum things up with a hot soak in the hot tub made the trip relaxing. Chinook winds casino and golf course is right down the road.

Beautiful View

This house was located in an awesome spot with a beautiful view out the windows! Parking was difficult as the garage is made for small cars, and the lot next door is under construction.

Very nice house (with the expected ware and tare of a rental). Plenty of room for everyone and only a few minutes walk to the beach entrance (a bit of a slopes and rocky path). There is no direct access to the beach from the home.

Great views!!

This place has an awesome view. It is in a nice quiet neighborhood - the place was large - the bedrooms very good sized. I would recommend it for a nice quiet getaway. We had some problems with no TV -and the hot tub not heating up - but they were both promptly taken care of. Vacasa responded very quickly. It was a very good getaway.

Christmas at the beach.

After I had already booked this rental I read some of the reviews. Most were very negative and I was seriously thinking of cancelling. We had plenty of room for all our 12 family members with plenty of activities for everyone. This rental was clean but it could use some sprucing up and a little TLC.

Maybe the Covid cleanliness requirements are too much. My wife and I spent 5 hours cleaning and gardening (pulling 18” thistles out of the yard) before the grandkids got there. The worst rental of the more than 50 we have rented.

Relaxing Birthday Vacation

Stayed at this rental three nights to celebrate đŸŸ a 50th birthday with our family. House is spacious and entertaining with the hot tub, pool table, Foosball table and WII. We noticed a super soft spot in the floor right as you come in through the garage man door, be careful it seems rotten in that spot. Also the upstairs toilet wouldn't flush, the chain inside the tank was broken. Sent a message but haven't seen a response but I was not checking often as we were enjoying Lincoln city. Property is close to the casino and walking distance to the beach, it snowed when we were there which was beautiful! Overall not bad place to stay if you need room for a group but take small cars as the parking is limited. The driveway is smaller than it looks and there's no street parking.
