Other things to note
The guest WELCOME BOOK in the foyer provides information about all the various amenities, check-out instructions, as well is books and magazines that highlight local attractions.

EXTRA GUESTS FEES: The price quoted includes a $30 per-person-per-night fee on bookings for more than 10 guests. The extra fees apply up to 16 guests for a maximum of $180 per night for more than 16 guests.

SEASONAL POOL HEATING. The pool is available year-round. Between October and April, there is a $75/night charge for pool heating if you choose to have it heated to a comfortable 84 degrees during your visit.

EXTRA CLEANING FEES: We expect guests to maintain this property as they would their own home, keeping things tidy, doing dishes, and cleaning up messes as they occur. If the home requires extra cleaning for things like spills, stains, trash lying around, spa or pool water contamination, or similar, we will reach out to request a reasonable extra cleaning fee. Thanks in advance for being a 5-star guest in our home!

NO PARTIES. We aim to maintain a respectful environment for our neighbors. Excessive noise violations - especially after 10pm - may result in immediate termination of the stay.
