Northwest Waterfront Retreat
Welcome to your breathtaking waterfront vacation home in Vashon, WA, where adventure meets tranquility in the perfect getaway for families and nature enthusiasts alike. 
After you park in the driveway at the top of the hill, you will meander down the serene path to the house on the water, taking you down 140 stairs that are a combination of natural stone, wood, and metal grated sections. For your convenience, an electric luggage tram is available to transport your luggage and groceries from your car to and from the house. Please note that the tram has a 100 lb. weight limit.

Open Concept Living with Dramatic Views
As you enter the house, you will be greeted by large bay windows in the open concept floor plan on the main floor with sweeping views of Colovos Passage on Puget Sound, a wood-burning fireplace, and plenty of comfortable chairs and couches to relax with family and friends. The fully stocked kitchen has modern appliances. For the coffee enthusiast, a French press, pour over cone, coffee grinder, and Nespresso Vertuo machine are provided. Upstairs, is a king bed in the primary suite with a private balcony and bathroom. Downstairs, is a queen bed in a peaceful bedroom with water views, a twin bunk bed in a cozy bunk room, plus a queen sofa bed in the common area.

Expansive Outdoor Adventure
Step outside onto the generous deck, where you can enjoy the sunset over the water from the western-facing property, cozy up on the ample outdoor seating around the gas firepit, or barbecue with the gas grill. The private dock and bulkhead provide rare waterfront amenities, and opportunity to explore the beach and sea life just steps from the house. You may see seals, eagles, blue heron, and the occasional orca. You can also take the included canoe for a paddle. 

Family Friendly Vacation
The house is well-equipped for families with young travelers. It includes a pack-'n-play crib, hook on highchair, kid-friendly plates and cups, and books. 
Whether you’re paddling in the morning, enjoying sunsets in the evening, or simply soaking in the beauty of the beach, this waterfront Vashon home offers an unmatched setting for your next family adventure.

Please note: there are 140 stairs down from the driveway to the house.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
