Noise: This is a peaceful neighborhood. Sonoma County prohibits amplified outdoor sound. Please keep music and conversation at a respectful level.


Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM, as required by county regulations. Violation of quiet hours may result in early termination of stay without refund.


Pets: We love pets, but unfortunately, they’re not allowed at this property. Any undisclosed pets will incur a $200+ fee per pet.


Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside the home. Violations will result in a $200+ fine.


Parking: 2 open parking spaces available.


Outdoor Fires: Wood-burning fires are not permitted per county regulations.
