•This PRIVATE studio apartment/rental unit is located on the 1st level of our 3 story home with your own private & separate entrance into the unit. Access is through the front gate of the property, then following the pavers to the right/west side of our home. Additionally, my parents & their Shih Tzu occupy the granny flat in the backyard. Feel free to say hi!

🧺 We’ve put a lot of love into curating a generous amenity basket so you can truly pack light and relax. You’ll find all the little essentials that make travel easier — toothbrushes, toothpaste, floss picks, hair ties, bobby pins, safety pins, sewing kit, magnifying mirror, makeup remover, face wash, dry shampoo, hairspray (because mine always gets taken at airport security!), lotion, sunscreen, Q-tips, cotton rounds, mini nail kit, razors, feminine hygiene products, Tide pen, lint rollers, Poo-Pourri, and more.

• With Ocean Beach being less than 5 miles from the airport, you may hear planes from about 6:30 AM to 11:30 PM. A sound machine and earplugs are provided for your convenience.

Please note: Our family lives upstairs with two friendly Labrador retrievers 🦮. You may hear some muffled sounds or footsteps. We provide a white noise machine and earplugs for your comfort, just in case you hear us.

📝 Other Things to Note
• The ceiling in the walk-in closet/laundry area is approximately 6’8” high , with a door clearance of 5’10”— guests over that height should watch their heads.
• No A/C…for now (Dyson Heater+Fan at the bedside), another fan in the bathroom. Mini-split AC will be up & running Dec 10, 2025!
• No smoking on the property 🚭
• Please respect quiet hours from 10PM – 7AM
• Self check-in and check-out for your convenience
• Google & Apple Maps will show either a blurred photo or a photo of our house from 2019. Our home has been remodeled since then.
• If you see our backyard, know it will be landscaped soon. Please pardon our dust 🪏🚧
