Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire cabin and all of its amenities during their stay. This includes all indoor and outdoor spaces, the kitchen, living areas, bedrooms, laundry area, decks, and everything provided for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The home is yours to enjoy!

Getting Around:

Sunset Ridge Retreat is tucked in a peaceful area of Sevierville, offering incredible mountain views while still being close to major attractions. The drive is mostly paved and scenic with a few gradual curves and gentle inclines as you approach the property. Guests find it easy to navigate after the first drive.

A car is recommended for easy access to nearby attractions, shops, and restaurants. The driveway offers free parking for multiple vehicles. During winter months, it’s best to use a vehicle with good traction or four-wheel drive in case of icy conditions.

While Uber and Lyft do operate in Sevierville, they can be limited in mountain areas or during late hours, so having your own car provides the most convenience.

- To ensure you have a comfortable start to your stay, we are happy to provide you with starter kits that include essential items like toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, and soap. These starter kits are designed for the initial part of your visit. In the unlikely event that any of these items run out during your stay, we kindly recommend purchasing your preferred supplies at your convenience.

- There is a washer & dryer available in the unit to use if needed. Detergent & dryer sheets are not provided.



✹ Access is easy-breezy. Self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - you will have your own unique access code, good for the duration of your stay.



Start your vacation from the moment you arrive – no need to pick up keys or make your own bed.



Our swim spa is open year-round and is usually kept between 100–102°F for a warm and relaxing soak. During very cold weather, especially when temperatures fall below freezing, the spa may take a little longer to reach the higher end of that range and might not hold a full 102°F continuously. It will still stay warm and enjoyable, and keeping the cover closed when you’re not using it helps it maintain heat.



For NON-AIRBNB reservations only, any applicable refunds will incur a 6% processing fee.



Starting November 1, all guests with confirmed bookings will be required to submit a valid ID and sign the Rental Agreement. We use secure property management software to collect this information, and it is used strictly to verify your booking.
