The Evening Primrose comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, making it perfect for multiple couples or families traveling together.
Main Level: Two spacious king-sized bedrooms. Master bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom for ultimate privacy and convenience.
Lower Level: A third king suite plus a cozy bunk room featuring twin bunk beds—ideal for kids or additional guests.
The bunk room and third king bedroom share a roomy Jack and Jill bathroom, complete with both a tub and shower.
A little insider tip: The kids may never want to leave once they discover the games room, packed with fun and just steps away from their comfy bunk beds!

Your Safety & Our Commitment
Security: For your peace of mind, a video camera is installed outside the property facing the driveway (recording 24/7). Your privacy is our priority—no indoor cameras are present.

We had such a great stay! The cabin was perfect for our family of six — super family-friendly, clean, and cozy with amazing mountain views. The kids couldn’t get enough of the indoor pool, and the hot tub was a huge hit for winding down in the evenings. The Wi-Fi was strong (a big plus when traveling with kids!), and the endless supply of coffee kept the parents running strong all week. The hosts were incredibly responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Amazing cabin and amenities, wonderful host!

Our family has made an annual trip to the Smoky Mts for the past several years. Over that time we have stayed in some really great cabins, but we all agree that this one has been our favorite! The cabin was very clean and ready upon our arrival. My kids loved the game room area and theater room downstairs and the pool and hot tub were also a big hit. We are always very careful to try and pick a place that has great views and this cabin checked that box as well. It was spacious and the furniture was very comfortable. Erica was very attentive and informative leading up to and during our stay. She was very responsive to the few questions that I had while we were there. We look forward to staying here again next year!

We had the most wonderful stay here! My husband and I and our two sons were in absolute heaven all week! Between the million dollar mountain views, the gorgeous side porch with a cozy fireplace, the hot tub, the indoor pool, the game room, the movie theater room, the gorgeous inside of the home, the awesome, cozy fireplaces indoors, the totally incredible coffee/tea bar setup

Wonderful Place

What a beautiful cabin in the woods. Everything was perfect. The coffee bar was exceptional!! The beds were very comfortable...even the bunk beds which the kids loved. Plenty of clean towels for showers and pool activities. The game room was a big hit. I would stay here again and would recommend this place.

Perfect for families

We had an amazing week at Evening Primrose. The indoor pool, bunk room, large kitchen and game room make it the best place for families with children and the outdoor hot tub and amazing deck with feature fireplace make it a great experience for the adults as well. It was a great location near Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and a wonderful place to cook dinner and enjoy the views and evening quiet every night. We had a few minor issues mostly due to high winds and weather but the hosts were immediately responsive and I can’t think of anything that would have made it a better experience!

Great Smoky Mountain Find

We had an amazing time during our stay. The owners were very attentive and made sure our stay was 5 stars! We stayed with another family and the house was perfect for 5 kids and 4 adults. Location was spot on as well, close to all Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg activities. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for the amazing trip.

Perfection is an understatement!!

What can I say!!? Dream vacation at a dream house. This was my first vacation with my new baby, and everyone including her felt like at home. Perfect home away from home!

This home has everything you would want in a home away from home! It has the cozy feel with the fancy look. Everything was very clean and looks brand new. The home is perfect for relaxing but also has plenty for the whole family to enjoy while staying here, the host were above and beyond and responded within 5 mins of a question I had not even related to the home. We enjoyed staying in their home and we will definitely return! Nice views and seen plenty of wildlife also!

Fall break

After some miscommunication, the host was very attentive to my calls and e-mails. There was never any hesitation to answering me. And to take care of any issues. The house was nice, clean and very accommodating to my family of 10, which 5 were kids. There was so much for them to do. The views were amazing. We were able to go for walks, and felt very comfortable doing so in the neighborhood. Would definitely recommend this cabin for your family vacation. And we look forward to returning.

Great property, great location close proximity to the parkway and yet very secluded. All amenities on site were spot on. Lots of construction in the area but inside the cabin you could hear nothing.

Amazing vacation rental

This cabin is truly amazing! The pictures really do not do it justice! The host, Jay & Erica are like family. You can contact them at any point and they will respond immediately! That’s important to us! We have rented many cabins and condos from Alaska to Yellowstone and all across the US but none compared to this experience. We are not amusement park people but wanted to visit the Smoky Mountains and have a cabin that had some things that appealed to our adult children. This totally fit the bill and then some! We actually had trouble getting them to leave the cabin to do other things. Lol! We were a little concerned about the mountsin drive but that was not an issue. Once you make a couple trips it’s a piece of cake. We wanted to be in an uncrowded area but not totally isolated. This was exactly that! It was quiet and peaceful. We spent most of our time on the outside deck, even in the rain. The views and breeze are truly stunning. If you like coffee as much as we do, you will love the coffee bar. Absolutely everything you need is provided. It is so well equipped with high quality furnishings, kitchen necessities and many things just to make your stay more comfortable The pool and hot tub are immaculate and perfectly maintained. We know this becsuse we actually have both at home and know our stuff on these things. The pool water was a perfect 85 degrees and our boys loved it! So many little thoughtful details made this a fabulous decision! You will not be disappointed!!

Wonderful home and attentive hosts!

We had such an amazing time at the Evening Primrose! The home was clean & comfortable. Our family really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The views and outdoor porches were magnificent! Our hosts were super attentive and kind. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Wonderful

We had such an amazing time at the Evening Primrose! The home was clean & comfortable. Our family really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and game room. The views and outdoor porches were magnificent! Our hosts were super attentive and kind. They were quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again! I highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.
